About Me

About Me: Okay, lets see... I'm a gamer of all sorts, consol, board, PC, what-have-you. I have a degree in English Literature and casually write, so far I have a few modest publication credits in poetry and short stories but nothing to write home about yet. I used to watch Anime back in highschool, I still do from time to time but nothing particularly current. (Seriously, I want to drop-kick Naruto and string him up by his headband). As of 2002 I have a kidney transplant following several years of hemodialysis (bad genes. Sigh) and if it weren't for that I probably would not be as much into gaming and writing as I am now. I'd probably be emersed in some kind of sport or something.

I like to think I'm a tolerant individual but indifferent might be a more accurate word. I don't really drink but I know people who do. I don't smoke but I know people who do. I don't do a number of things that other people I know do, and most of the time it's really nothing I consider my business. I have my philosphies and I'm happy with them. I always happy to chat about such things and others, but I dislike it when people get pushy and insistant, or seem to be of the belief that because I said it, I believe it. (I've had some rough encounters with that particular assumption.)

That aside, I'll chat about just about anything, at length, (side effect of an arts degree. Happens.)

I live in British Columbia, Canada, and generally bounch between urban and rural life depending which half of the province I happen to be in at any given time. I feel a little bad for not knowing any French beyond what I bump into on labels. For my Uni degree I went with Swedish instead (sorry Gramma but Danish class was earlier than I was going to put up with for the commute).
