An enthusiastic ‘evangelist’ for WotC brands and programs
Will be to build a good knowledge of the consumer and (mainly Eastern and Northern) European distributor landscape and the performance of the brands in key Distributor markets. You will drive the development of Distributor Marketing Plans for the full year, in setting the overall priorities in line with the EU/Global strategy. Success depends on the strong, proactive relationships you will build with key distributing partners, in order to understand their performance and the issues and opportunities of their markets. Therefore, you will visit distributors to share best practices and to challenge them on quality, performance and efficiency. You will explain and inform them on how to deliver great (new) play experiences and to introduce new key programs successfully. ‘Lessons learned’ will be incorporated in future plans.

You obtained a higher (marketing, economics) degree. You have an excellent command of oral and written English (other European languages are an asset). MS Office literate.
You can demonstrate a first successful experience in distributor marketing project coordination, preferably in the entertainment/leisure/music sector at an international level. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and you are used to work under considerable time pressure. People appreciate your strong organizing, negotiating and communication skills. You are open minded and have multicultural awareness. You combine attention to detail with flexibility and result orientation.
