Well, petercai has not sent me a deck, nor responded to my pm prodding. User does continue to post on other threads, so I can only assume s/he disappointingly intends not to play here. If anyone else wants to join, you are welcome to do so; otherwise, tgva8889 gets a bye for round 1.

I understand the feeling...when they're no prizes at stake, a bye isn't actually all that welcome.
