The following rules offer a homebrewed way to convert the martial stances of the knight and slayer into level 1 at-will fighter powers.  Alternately, the method can be reversed, turning level 1 at-will fighter powers into stances.

Converting Stances to Powers

The prmise behind the stance is that it adds an effect to a basic attack.  At its essence, this means a stance's "Effect" line is the "Hit" line of a level 1 at-will power with damage removed.  For the pupose of Illustration, lets look at the Cleaving Assault Stance from page 130 of HotFL.
