I love me some D&D. I've played on and off since the early 80s. Mentzer BECMI is probably my favorite, but 4E is a close second. Essentials was much better than the haters would have you believe. D&DNext is off to a solid start and the new options look very interesting. Lets all just have fun in this amazing hobby ok?
I watch tons of movies and like pretty much all genres, even crappy B movies, maybe PARTICULARLY crappy B movies.
I could sit here and put Matrix and LOTR and Star Wars, but that's what everybody puts!
Books, Comics, and Graphic Novels
Love Ludlum, Tolkien, GRR Martin, Jordan, Asprin, Pratchett,
I also like to read the rags that Wizards publishes and calls novels. I'm nerdy like that. Particularly the works of Tim Waggoner and Don Bassingthwaite. Keith Baker is also pretty good.
Wizard Book Lines
Eberron, Other D&D
Juno Reactor, Benassi, Chemical Brothers. Skrillex, Back Eyed Peas. DeadMau5, Gaetta, Infected Mushroom. Anything with good rhythm. I love the beat. And you'd be surprised how well it can work with D&D combat.
Playing with my kids
Pretty much everything.

Dungeons & Dragons
Other games I play
I love reading RPG rulesets and trying new games. I will play D&D in any of its forms with a fond love of B/X, BECMI and AD&D (or more appropriately a mashup of all 3).
Because of that I've also been known to play some Hackmaster, and more recently, Castles and Crusades, which is an amazing ruleset that could teach WotC alot about what makes a great game. I've also been enjoying Adventurer Conqueror King System. If you've not heard of it, check it out. I just recently got my copy of The 13th Age and they do some really cool stuff in there. It's great to see what Rob Heinsoo can do when he doesn't have Hasbro trying to force him into designing a version of D&D that requires a bunch of extra purchases of minis and dungeon tiles. That's right, Rob ditched the grid completely in the game he is designing according to what he wants from a game. Imagine that.
