I like the prehensile tail - I use something like that (in my games Kobolds are deamonlings). I don't like the connection to dragons - I don't like the weakest creatures to be tied to the most powerful in some contrived family bond. To be clear, I have nothing against Kobolds. In fact, some of my best monsters are Kobolds! I believe Draconians (Dragon Lance) cover the humanoid-dragon niche quite well. Anyway, you forgot to post the picture of a Kobold from 2e - you know, the one with...

I just wanted to say earlier today I was feeling a little down and these D&D cartoons were a great pick-me-up. I love laughing at the antics of St. Cuthbert’s D&D Encounters for Troubled Youth and the Epic Campain. Great job! ;)
I started off with AD&D in the mid-90s (Yellow Box) and have given every edition ever since a fair chance. 3e was not well-thought and 3.5 seemed the most balanced by far, with Eberron being the shining example, although the whole Feat mechanic never sat well with me. I feel that the one that had the best mix of game balance and creative liberty was Skills and Powers, which my players and I affectionally termed AD&D 2.5. Now, 4e was indeed the simplest in terms of rules and accessibility but...

Now, 4e was indeed the simplest in terms of rules and accessibility but even the short playtest I did as DM was enough to convince me that it was not D&D. It was more of a board game with more rules than a board game needed, a fact illustrated clearly by the excellent use of abridged 4e rules for the D&D Board Games. However, RPGs are NOT board games, much as I enjoy both. I am looking forward to a new edition which will also appeal to players of my generation and think that it is an excellent initiative to include the prospective players into the design debate.

If you an online player character mediation the available to player as negotiate later with live participants with their own creation the input fields written into should as certain depth and this offering in an example of such.
Divinities points at divinity as follow the leading having to choose where's what to go too. Worshiping signs get you pages of words and following our direction understood lead you heading towards divine know teachers as students teaches taught. Holy signs give boards and posts left miming mindfields with misunderstanding pointless guide where. With boards you build barracks and by post you crave spears fighting with other sign boards and posts bearers holy missing those divine directions.
