There are several casual "RPG Magic" variants out there. However, I've always found them to be brain-explodingly complicated.
Well, this format is designed to capture the essence of RPG Magic in a way that's easy to learn, fast to set up, and can let your group build up to formidable characters the same night they're explained the format.
