Wizards of the Coast proudly presents The Digital Face-Off! Some of the biggest names in the digital gaming world are taking each other on this summer in Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012. They’ll be battling on Steam over the course of the next few weeks and it will all come down the final showdown happening at PAX Prime! You have a chance to be part of the action by submitting your own bracket. Who do you think will win it all? Below is a list of the teams who will be playing as well as a link to submit your own bracket. Brackets can be submitted and edited up until 1pm PST July 18th , so get those brackets in! The bracket submitted with the highest score will win a booster display of the Magic: The Gathering 2012 Core Set and a From the Vault - Legends!
The Bracket scoring will go like this:
- 1st round – 100 points
- 2nd round – 300 points
- Championship round – 500 points
In the case of a tie, the tie will be broken by:
- 1st Tie-breaker: Player closest to the winner’s life total in the final game
- 2nd Tie-breaker : Player that submitted their bracket the earliest
