Hello all,
Magic Online will be conducting a complete physical inventory of redemption sets at our warehouse the week of April 25. Because of how redemptions orders are processed, however, we will be disabling redemption requests starting after the scheduled maintenance on April 20.
All redemption orders placed that fail to process on April 20 due to missing cards or incorrect account information will be refunded in their entirety and the redemption objects will be removed from those accounts. Please take this time to verify your account settings and make sure that you have all the cards you need to redeem any sets you have redemption objects for.
Redemption will be available again following our scheduled maintenance on April 27.
