Update September 11, 5:30 PM – We are currently working with our partners to fix the underlying problem with the current PayPal issue. PayPal will be enabled for all users following tomorrow's downtime. In the interim, however, we are happy to announce that the product from outstanding PayPal orders has been delivered.
In addition, all players who placed PayPal orders between 12:00 AM PDT (midnight) and 7:00 PM PDT on Sunday, September 9, will have had a Magic 2013 Draft Pack added to their Magic Online account in addition to the product from their PayPal orders.

Update September 10, 6:00 PM PDT -- We are continuing to work with our partners to resolve the PayPal issue, but unfortunately we still do not have an ETA. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage is causing and we hope to have a resolution to the root problem as soon as possible. Update 1:25 PM PDT -- We are still investigating the PayPal issues and currently do not have an ETA for a resolution. If you have placed an order via PayPal but have not received your product, your order will be delivered as soon as the current issue has been corrected. In the meantime, we will be disabling further PayPal orders. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. I will update this blog as soon as I have more information.
