Avacyn Restored Release Events Start Wednesday
Avacyn Restored is on sale now in the Magic Online store! After the May 23 downtime, there will also be a variety of release events for you to enjoy. You can find more information on those events here.
Magic Online Daily Event Schedule Changes
As we announced last week, we will be changing the Daily Event schedule. We will be removing some of the less popular formats and adjusting the schedule for others. To make sure you don't miss out on your favorite events, the updated Daily Event schedule will be available on the Magic Online Calendar page after the downtime. Any feedback you have on these changes can be directed to Customer Service via the Email Us tab.

The May 2012 Player Rewards season ends with the downtime on May 30. Don't miss your chance to earn May's awesome promo cards. For the June 2012 season, (May 30 to June 27), the Tier 1 and 2 cards are alternate art Time Spiral basic land cards.

The Tier 3 and 4 promo card is Kor Skyfisher, originally given out as a convention promotional card in 2010.
The Tier 5 and 6 promo card is an alternate art Zoetic Cavern, originally given out as a Gateway promotional card in 2007.
The Tier 7 and 8 promo card is a full art version of Liliana's Specter, originally given out as a Game Day promotional card in 2010.
The Tier 9, 10 and 11 promo card is an alternate art Honor of the Pure, originally given out as a buy a box promotional card in 2009.
MOCS Season 5 Championship this Saturday!
The Magic Online Championship Series Season 5 Championship is this Saturday, May 26, at 3:00 AM and can be found in the Scheduled Events room after tomorrow's downtime. All players who have earned at least 15 Season 5 Qualifier Points can join and attempt to earn an invitation to the Magic Online Championship. The Season 5 Championship format is Innistrad Block Constructed and the promo card is the promotional card is an alternate art Sinkhole. Downtime Notes for 5/23/2012
The system will be down from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
The system will go into "No Pay" at 5:00 AM.
Store and trades will shut off at approximately 7:45 AM.
This downtime is expected to last approximately 2 hours.
This is a maintenance downtime; there is no build.
