About Me: Hello,

My name is Efka (or Evaldas, if we really have to bother with given names). I love DnD. I have to admit it. I love it so much, that my admission is the second sentence in my own description of me, right after my name. I run DnD twice a week, once at Encounters and once in my own homebrew campaign, where, as coincidence has it, the adventurers have been fighting the Elder Elemental Eye for 17 levels (as of this writing, the Elder Elemental Eye is the current Encounters season). I also enjoy writing fiction, mostly in the Magical Realism genre. You can find me on Twitter if you look for @banjotheclown

Movies: -

So many films that I love, but nothing beats a good western. The Assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford stands out from the recent ones. Recent likes include Midnight in Paris and Moneyball.

TV Shows: -

I love sitcoms above all else, but I rarely watch the less thought provoking ones. My favorites are M*A*S*H* and Frasier. Big fan of Lost.

Books, Comics and Graphic Novels: -

Comic books: Oh boy there are sooo many. Most things by Alan Moore and Neil Gaiman intrigue me, but these two go without saying. I really like Peter David's X-Factor and currently there's this new comic book called Saga that just came out and it looks amazing.

Books: Well, when it comes to literature, I love anything Magical Realism related. Haruki Murakami is my favorite, but my list of beloved writers includes Jorge Luis Borges, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Franz Kafka, Kurt Vonnegut and Philip K. ****. On my radar now: Yasutaka Tsutsui - the man behind the novels that the films Paprika, and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time are based on.

Music: -

There are so many genres that I like, including Rock, Indie, Alternative, Folk, Bluegrass, Jazz, Funk and many others. Won't mention bands as the list will grow too long. Well OK I'll mention Radiohead.

Hobbies: -

What, you mean DnD isn't a hobby? I like gardening - watching things grow is amazing. I enjoy painting minis (although I am not very good). Cooking is definitely a passion.
