I won't even introduce these statblock as I use to, mainly because the backspace-firefox-trap already amde me loose all I had wrote once...
Only a few things:
- Read the original idea at The Labyrith: rpglabyrinth.blogspot.com/2011/04/reimag...
- Know that the length of the statblocks is intentional. You can say they're too complex, I say they aren't, not even for being 1st level. After all, monsters are made to be balanced to each level (and they are), so why should a higher level monster be more complex than a low level one? It's a matter of what does the monster try to achieve, not its level. And each and every feature and power of these goblins is made to achieve HORROR!

- Same is true for all the non-standard things such as the 5 minutes duration and such. If you find something to be game-breaking, please tell me so!
Here they are:

-------------------------------------------------
GOBLIN MALAISE
Level 2 Disease
The of the goblin carries a demonic disease that goes completely unnoticed until the victim has to fight goblins again. In that case, the victim may find the faux children-like calls of goblins irresistable, thus heading by itself towards a violent death.
Stage 0: The target recovers from the disease.
Stage 1: Initial Effect: The target takes a -2 penalty to Will against attacks made by Goblins and a -5 penalty to Insight and Perception against Goblins.
Stage 2: Final State: The target is compelled to move at full speed towards the origin of a Children Voices effect and will perceive Goblins as children. It will never attack them until bloodied.
Check: At the end of each extended rest, the target makes an Endurance check if it is at stage 1 or 2.
9 or lower: The stage of the disease increases by one.
10-13: No Change
14 or higher: The stage of the disease decreases by one.

That's all folks, tell me if these are not some scary critters!
