I DMed this four times at Origins, and it was by far my favorite of the modules. Spoiler:

The fight with the efreet jar seemed scary dangerous, though. My friend TPKed at a different table during that fight (although it seems, from how he relayed it, that the DM didn't give them their options for escaping the sand. In general, I enjoyed the information gathering section, and developed a whole story & character for the minotaurs (who my tables all went to see). Towards the end, though, one of the players called out the drink (Minotaur's Horn) as a double entandre and it became hard to focus for the laughing.
I've written some things - check'em out!Spoiler:

Played it three times at AL 2, 8, 10. Spoiler:

Difficulty-wise, I thought AL 10 was easiest, AL 2 was hardest. At AL 2 we had people down right and left constantly, some of the crit damage seemed pretty high for first level characters. If I hadn't gotten auspicious birth and toughness on my monk, *and* if the barbarian hadn't succeeded on a heal check before my turn, I would have died (with ongoing damage) in the first encounter. Conversely, at AL 10, I didn't really feel we were threatened all that much. So the scaling felt a bit off on this one.
Spliting up to go to the upper city either seemed a bit forced. I didn't really see why we couldn't all pick one method and use that. It could have been due to the rushed convention environment.
The combat encounters were very enjoyable. I particularly liked the efreet one, eventhough I only played it once (at AL 8). We've been talking about that sort of mechanic for a boss creature, and I was glad to see the idea used in numerous mods at the convention.
I like the replayability, with the option to choose 2 out of 3 missions. Also different DM's seemed to setup and play the assassination encounter differently. Not sure if that was intended or not.

Glad to hear! This was Heather and I's first ever module so we are pretty nervous especially hearing a group TPK'd
