I am thinking of making a Orc for LFR that would hail from the Orcish Kingdom of Many-Arrows in the Savage North and who has recently fled south after Harpers clashed steel with his Orc Band in the Cloaked Tower in the Neverwinter region.

Wonder how tolerated he'd be and look between Barbarian or Runepriest may be.

Orc being one of very few playable monstrous Race, i wonder if they have actually been played ...have you seen any ? And if you did, what Class they were, i'd be curious to hear.

Based on our own Orcish Prince, tolerated, as long as he doesn't break too many things.  He's a Barbarian, naturally.
Harrying your Prey, the Easy Way: A Hunter's Handbook - the first of what will hopefully be many CharOp efforts on my part.
The Blinker - teleport everywhere. An Eladrin Knight/Eldritch Knight.

CB != rules source.

Depends on the region I mean in Thesk they are respected citizens fully integrated in human society - courtesy of the Zhentarim and the Tuigan horde. In the North they are treated with supision as you would treat a pitbull in RL, but there haven't been a Horde in centuries, the Kingdom of Many Arrows is actually relatively nice to its neighbors (or at least no worse than Uthgardt barbarians, Netherese, Luskan gangs and so on) and there is much more worse out there. The rest of the world would probably treat you like they would treat any dangerous thug/adventurer/mercenary: with care, and happiness if they leave the tavern and city guards in one piece

I play an orc Chosen of Tempus.  Which made EPIC3-1 awesome in all kinds of ways.

Sometimes I wonder what the, y'know, gnoll god assassin, tiefling prince of hell parties do for the epic adventures...

But I figure they've had 20 levels of making things make sense. Or not. So hey
