I'm looking for a good, but recent 11-14 mod I need to run for this Friday. We've played a lot of the older ones already, and I would like something recently released. This way, no one has played it.
By what slipshod records I keep, it appears the newest 11-14 mod is DALE 2-4 Illsyldra, released back in March. Anyone have any info on a newer mod I might have missed?
I've been playing in a home campaign recently, and been out of touch with LFR of late. Our DM is going away with his GF, and I volunteered to run an LFR mod for the weekly session. It can be anything really, but if you have a favorite, or one you enjoyed recently, I'll listen to all advice given.
Thanks in advance!

The handy-dandy place for finding information about recent mod releases is here: livingforgottenrealms.com/ (Note - you can download the adventures directly from that website.) The following are all newer 11-14 adventures: SPEC 3-2 ADAP 2-1 EAST 2-3 DALE 2-4 WATE 2-3 You said you've been out of touch with LFR, so you may not be aware... But newer (Year 3) adventures are written for an entire tier. So instead of having adventures for specific level bands (like 11-14), they're releasing adventures for entire tiers (heroic tier adventures or paragon tier adventures). (Some of the adventures currently being released are technically Year 2 adventures, so they follow the old level band structure.) The strict level band system used for older adventures is gone (such as 11-14, 14-17, 17-20). For the newer Year 3 adventures, the level of the characters at a table is more flexible: for example, at paragon tier you could have characters level 11-14 or 12-15 or 13-16 or 14-17 or 15-18 or 16-19 or 17-20 (all characters at an individual table have to be within 3 levels of each other). You should read the newest LFR campaign guide (from Jan 2011) if you haven't already (it is also located on that website). There were changes to the overall LFR treasure system (to match the item rarity system) and various other changes. Hope that helps and welcome back to LFR!

I'm kinda partial to the East Rift adventures, but I generally add a lot of DME for flavor elements.
SPEC3-2 - well, all the SPECs to be honest - is *well* worth playing. Good times.
As stated above, all the XXXX3-x adventures are written for an entire tier so check some of those other adventures, too; it's pretty simple to find a set of encounters that fits your table's (and your) playstyle.

Thanks to both of you. I think my last real mod was over 6 months ago, but I did manage to pick up a copy of the new rules. This is really just a 'layover' type week, as our DM will be back the following weekend. I'm just filling in by running a mod, so we can keep some LFR characters current. I will see if I can find one of these 'Year 3' mods, otherwise I'll go with Dale 2-4 or East 2-3, seeing as they seem to be the more recent releases.

Just so you know, SPEC 3-2 is almost two different modules depending on which path the PCs decide to take at the beginning. (If the PCs go one direction they do one set of encounters, if they go the other direction they do a completely different set of encounters.) That means it's great for replaying but isn't as easy to prep because the DM has to prepare twice as many encounters and the PCs will only do some of them. But as Warfteiner said, it's a really good module and is a lot of fun.

You can say that again. I got Spec 3-2, and whoa, there is a lot in there. I should only have to prep the level 14 version, as most of us range from 12-15, but that is a lot to do there for a one night fill in.
