Are meta-organizations officially in effect now? The effective date is listed as June 1, but it's still a draft document.
I don't believe so -- from the first post in this thread: "Note that the draft posits an effective date of 01 June 2011; I do not believe that is realistic as we need to synch the final version of this document with the final version of the June update to the LFR Campaign Guide. So don't get hung up on that date."
Depends - I believe the official title is "Purple Dragon Knights."
I agree that "Defenders of Cormyr" is probably a safer name, though.
Barney's Battalion? "I love you, you love me, lets go kill some Netherese"
You now officially fail at life.
Considering that my PC was more than likely the ONLY Purple Dragon Knight (by Paragon Path) in LFR existance, Knights of Cormyr sounds much better as an official meta-org.
My dragonborn Figther just became one so there are atleast 3 of them in existence. I bet there are some more people who were Lions of Cormyr and became purple dragon knight.
Why is the LFR Campaign Guide a big deal? I am not aware of anything that requires an update to the extent that Origins can't possibly run with the current CCG in effect.
Of course, it could very well be I am missing something. In which case I would love to hear what that is so I can make a fully informed decision on wether to join in the clamour for an immediate update.
To DME, or not to DME: that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous powergaming, Or to take arms against a sea of Munchkins, And by opposing end them? To die: to sleep;No more;
