Thank you Kenobi65 that is exactly why it was brought back up in addition to Uthrac comment that I should ask Dave Kay about the schedule.
It has been approximately 7 months since the last Epic mod was released.
Also in the thread that Uthrac linked states an ambiguous date that 4-2 and 4-3 will be released which I did read by the way and was unsatisfied with the answer.
Which basically entails that in the next 5 months, EPIC 4-2, EPIC 4-3 and EPIC 5-1 will be ready and released. That is a pretty tall order and reasonably certain that NO ONE on these boards will bet real money that it will happen on time.
I am moving on... I am reverting back to my normal status of not believing when a writing director or global admin post a release date, wait for when it actually releases and not post on these boards.

While I agree with the gist of this, you should stop and realize for a second that you're now complaining about free, high-quality content that's being made by volunteers. A little more gratefulness and a little less entitlement would suit you well. I can't imagine replies like this help in getting the adventures published any sooner.
Anyway, it'll get here when it gets here. Thanks Dan for replying.

That is a pretty tall order ...
Pretty tall order? Absolutely.
I'll stand by my track record though. The seven rounds of Origins adventures were well-received and on time (great job authors!) -- a tall order in its own right. There are some who are appreciative of those efforts, and cut me a little leeway when EPIC4-2 was delayed a little from my ideal release date.
T... and reasonably certain that NO ONE on these boards will bet real money that it will happen on time.
A number of people (on these boards) bet their real money with event tickets and travel expenses for Origins adventures. I'd like to think I met their expectations. Likewise, I suspect there are a fair number of people who will make plans and put down real money to attend a winter convention premiering an EPIC adventure - betting that it will not only happen on time, but be of the quality they have come to expect from the Epic team's efforts. I will do everything I can to meet those expectations as well.

There is nothing wrong with that approach. Hopefully, you understand that we (writing directors and globals) can only provide our best estimates, ambiguous as they may be. This isn't a single-person show, and often events outside our control affect our best of intentions. Personally, I prefer to provide a good-faith estimate and change it if need arises, than to wait until I can provide an absolute date that I can be sure will not be missed {which I can never do, since my hands are not the last to touch any adventure}.
Here are the dates we {the current EPIC writing directors} have committed to (and remain unchanged): • In 2011, we will release 3 EPIC adventures, the first of which will premiere at DDXP 2011. (Done! Yay!) • In 2012, we will release 3 EPIC adventures, the first of which will premiere at DDXP 2012. (One down, two to go!) • In 2013, we will release 3 EPIC adventures, the first of which will premiere at a Winter Convention. • At the 2014 Winter Convention, the 10th and final EPIC adventure will premiere.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to cross-reference the Dark Sun themes to determine whether they create any strange interactions with LFR or other rules and provide my recommendations to the globals get back to working on EPIC adventures.

I understand why any LFR gamer might have some skepticism towards predictions made by the LFR campaign staff. Indeed there have been some bumps along the way. However, let me praise Claire (my wife and a Global Admin) for delivering 7 LFR adventures to Gencon. Claire delivered 5 of those adventures more than 3 weeks before Gencon, 3 of which were the Waterdeep adventures developed under my direction, and the 7th LFR adventure the week prior to the con.
Yes, stuff happens in people's personal lives and no adventure is the product of only one individual. We do not engage in blow by blow full disclosure as that could become hurtful or painful with little benefit to gamers or the campaign.
I am in awe of how many adventures/development Dan turns out; he is a machine! (Probably a warforged.)

Luckily for you, warforged are legal in LFR.
