Since I just hit level 21 on Saturday (by 101 experience points):
Human/Ranger/Battlefield Archer/Thief of Legend.
I've wanted to play a Thief of Legend since the moment it came out.
Epic Destiny is irrelevant for my other LFR characters, unless someone needs an extra body to make an Epic table at some much later date.
I killed Aleena.

Having had complete rethinks:
My Ranger/Ocular Adept (former Hunter, but still dual-primary) is being thoroughly boring and going Destined Scion (because, for a dual-primary class, +2 to 2 stats and +1 to hit is just that good), though it will probably be reflavoured somehow due to his massive character-flavour based on primal fly spirits.
My Eladrin Knight/Eldritch Knight will be a Shiradi Champion (because darkvision and immunity to Blind is so nice for a teleporter, and it frees his head slot).
Later on... I'm probably going Emergent Primordial with my Blackguard/Champion of Correllon, but it depends at least a little on whether they fix the U26 - I'd love to be Huge, but on a weapon class, it's completely broken.
My Berserker/Ironwrought/Dreadnought will probably be going Ceaseless Guardian. But he's 2nd level right now, so it might be a while.

I'd love to hear more RP reasons for choosing Epic Destinies, as opposed to the mechanical benefits.
My tiefling warlord (background being a Thayan slave who led a revolt and escaped) is currently 19th level. His paragon path is Freedom Fighter, which was chosen for flavor but the mechanical benefits have proven pretty useful at times as well.
I'm currently undecided on my Epic Destiny. Nothing seems 100% in character. Prince of Hell sounds cool and fun, but I'll have to be creative to make that fit his story (good aligned).

Angel Goldenblade, Avenger of Tempus, started her career knowing that one day she would take her place with the angelic hosts. Her path had always been clear before her, as adventuring grew her closer to her god, and her destiny.
Level 1 Wings of Light . . . Once per day, Angel could manifest angelic wings to engage her oathed nemisis. Over time, her wings grew stronger and she found she could use them more frequently . . .
Level 10 Wings of Vengeance . . . Every encounter, she could use her wings to fly and hover for a short time, soon taking the next step into an even more angelic form . . .
Paragon Path . . . Unveiled Visage . . . She began to take on the coutenace of Tempus, and her wings would carry her each time she would charge into battle!
Epic Destiny . . . Exalted Angel . . . There was no choice. This is, and has always been, Angel's destiny.

On that note... Aenar's a Shiradi Champion because he spent a long time in the Feywild after a portal accident, earning all about how to be incredibly annoying by teleporting everywhere (thus explaining why he was 11th level when he started play...) and attracted the attention of one of the queens of Faerie, of whom he is now a champion.
Kairon will be an emergent primordial due to gaining more and more access to the elemental magics bound up in his soul (he's a permafrost Blackguard, it all fits nicely, especially with Sign of Four waiting out there as an inciting incident).
Arrick will be a ceaseless guardian (probably) because he's all about stoicism and protecting people, and that's one of the best EDs to espouse that attitude.
Rolen, I still haven't worked out. Destined Scion is annoyingly generic, but he needs the mechanical help. I'll probably just say he's destined to be demigod of the flies, and who cares.

My Avenger (of Oghma) is similar, though with a few differences (and starting at 11)
Theme: Scholar (for the knowledge skills, this and background: Great Dale, and a MC, lets me get them all even with the Avenger's knowledge-poor skill list) 11: Wings of Vengeance: He starts to manifest wings, but can't keep them PP: Favoured Soul: He's showered with blessings from his god 16: Favoured Soul PP feature: The wings become permanent MC: Invoker - Feat: God Fragment (Ioun) He gains even more power from his god, allowing him great knowledge (I already have all the knowledge skills trained, and ritual casting from Invoker) ED: Chosen (Ioun, because the Oghma power is underwhelming, and the Ioun one is amazing) He now glows with divine light, the true champion of his god.

^--- That seems more mechanical reasons for picking an ED
Storm, my Drow Sorc/Lightning Fury is a Destined Scion because she has adventured all over Faerun and made connections with so many PCs/NPCs. Destined Scion is her calling, because she is one of the many who are willing to stay ever vigilant against the coming darkness and lay her life on the line for Aber Toril.
Lord Ernie, my Human TacLord/Battle Captain, became an Archlich because he is desperate for power. His talents in Wizardry was limited when his old man left him in Cormyr to become a Simbarch in Aglarond. Ernie protected the lands of Cormyr time and time again from threats from within and from the vile Netherese who always seems to have their hands in something dastardly. After saving the King and all of Cormyr from the Queen of Thorns, he was selected to lead the Cormyrian Army at the Battle of Spellgard against the Netherese, their Shadovar and their Zhentarim mercenaries. He and his elite unit of most trusted adventurers together saved Lady Saharel from the Shadovar and stood fast as the last line of defense against the Avatar of Shar, saving thousands of lives. Lady Saharel, in the body of Coura, passed down her knowledge of the arcane arts and gave him the keys to becoming an Archlich.
Therron, my Wizard/WotST, played all but one adventure in which you can get a story award from Myth Drannor, only because the mod came out after he hit paragon. This is dated before ADCP 4-1. He even played WEEK 1-3. His goal in life was for the service of Myth Drannor and to his fellow Elven people (not a typical high elf). However, his encounter with the Spiral Gates has sent him back and forth through time, which explains why he was able to do Spec 1-3 H1 thru P1 (which happens all at the same time). To counter the Spiral Gates, he studied and became of the most powerful spell casters in Faerun, a High Elf Mage.
