You're going to form a show chorus and rename it Glee Forgotten Realms?
Say the name ten times fast and you'll get an even better joke.
Seriously, though, no blog post visible yet.

I see it, as well.
I like a lot of the structural / conceptual changes. I'm curious to see what no longer paying for adventures does (if anything).
I am somewhat worried that a reduced number of adventures, while also having an increased number of tiers, will result in play difficulties for the groups I know. I'll admit that I personally have dozens of adventures I haven't played yet, but the two groups I play with have literally played everything, and watch the releases like a hawk to schedule new things on once they're available. We're talking about giving them... 1/2 as many modules?

I tried that a couple of times. Waited a couple of minutes and tried again and it came up.
Interesting. Any word on the Story Areas yet? ie. have they been chosen? Or is that a spoiler?
Have the new/old campaign staff been chosen yet? And is the reduction in mods per year purely a result of the reduction in staff or is the reduction in staff and the reduction in mod count a result of something else (quality for instance)? Or can't comment?
How will play numbers be tracked? Are they going to be trackable in the new system? Do the admins care or does WotC for that matter?

The "post adventures for download" In the future we hope adventures will be posted there for anyone to download. I assume the adventures will still be controlled, and we still won't be able to share MyRealms?

We simply can't keep up the pace we had set. We haven't been delivery the quality we wanted or meeting our deadlines. Its just not possible. We were doing more than 100 rounds a year, which is on the order of 2/week. For most players, far more than they can ever play. For those few hardcore folks, the My Realms won't go away and hopefully these are exactly the people that can help us with the community content we hope to eventually roll out.

We have some ideas, but nothing set in stone. We have no plans to release the list until we nail down the staff.
Have the new/old campaign staff been chosen yet?
No. We are still in the process of determing which of the old staff will be staying on. If there is an open call for these positions after that, you can rest assured that it will happen on this group.
And is the reduction in mods per year purely a result of the reduction in staff or is the reduction in staff and the reduction in mod count a result of something else (quality for instance)?
Both.

Hopefully the new system will track downloads and we will have a much simpler convention registration that will also track tables. This is still preliminary, so I have no details to give.

As far as I know, we expect My Realms to petty much be exactly the same as they are now. This means they are not meant to be shared.

Sounds good. I mean, I'll admit that I haven't played about _50_ LFR modules, and yet I still manage to play D&D 4 times per week. It just means these other groups will have to do less LFR games, or be more willing to play MYREs - I've never figured out why MYREs aren't more popular than they seem to be.
The story area idea sounds like a great improvement over the region concept, btw. It's tricky, but I'd suggest some heavy level banding in there.
Hmm, if we have 24 modules come out for H1-P3, about what kind of distribution can we likely expect? Ex: 6 H1, 6 H2, 4 H3, 4 P1, 2 P2, 2 P3?
