A common question many keen D&D players have when wanting to write their first adventure is, ‘How do I get my foot in the door?’
Integrating new authors into organised play campaigns has always presented administrators with a problem, no matter the system. A wise man told me when I was starting out that for every 100 people who tell you they’d like to write an adventure, 10 get around to submitting an outline, two stick with it and hand in a first draft, and of those two, only one will complete the adventure on time.
In my experience, he was being optimistic.
