The e-mail should include the following information:

You can expect a response from me including the template for proposal submissions, LFR Writer’s Guidelines and Adventure Template within 48 hours.
The period for submitting proposals is June 17th through EDT on June 26th.
For this group of submissions, the authors are to create a proposal for a one round stand-alone LFR adventure for heroic tier. Authors are to avoid placing their adventure in any of the following countries or story areas: Algarond, Baldur’s Gate, Cormyr, the Dalelands, Elturgard, Myth Drannor, the Moonshaes, Netheril, Neverwinter, and Sembia. If you place your adventure in Calimshan, Waterdeep or other Story Area you should read the adventures recently released in that story area.
Authors are required to include a sample combat encounter and a sample non-combat encounter along with their proposal. These need not be for the proposed adventure, but in that case some explanation of the adventure plot should be included. The non-combat encounter may be a skill challenge, puzzle, exploration or role-playing encounter.
The decision regarding which proposals are to be developed will be made and authors notified by Monday July 8th. Up to 3 adventure proposals might be approved for development.
First drafts of the adventure are due by Monday August 27th.
