I just read this tweet on twitter about something I may be too newb to know about:
@randilin Today is the last Wednesday of July so it is also the last #dndenc session of DM's Appreciation Month. So do something nice for your DM
Whether or not this is really real of a real thing, i thought i would try to do something nice for our DMs. And while i've only had a few examples, i do feel we have some great DMs here.
I'll start with my first: Thanks DM Dom. I may have only been part of one of ur games, and it was my first, but i walked away from it really having fun. You did voices, made role play really fun and detailed, and combat seemed very worked on. Thank u for making my first D&D experience such a fun one. And thanks for helping make that first character, and all the other help u've given.
Thanks DM Kyle. You opened up ur house a few times, and ur original games were always interesting. The combats were quite the slaug (in a very good way) but were well put together. And ur stories were really nice, and u related combat with story nicely too. And i like how u usually sit back and allow us players to sort out what the group will do, yet still help out and offer suggestions at times too. Each one of ur games has been an experience, and i appreciate the effort.
Thanks DM Eric. Your games are all about the fun. I can't recall one of ur games that i didnt have a good laugh in. And enormus amounts of fun. Your games are always well paced. And i appriciate how hard that can be with Nathon there. Plus, i really appriciate all the character sheets and powers cards u printed for me. You also are the example of a prepared D&D player. It seems so simple now, but i never would have thought to put all my paper mess in folders before i saw u with them.
And Thanks DM Andre. I know ur new to it, but u've been doing a fantastic job. I really appriciate ur passon for the game and the group. I'm greatful in the first place that u made Krewe de Fou, but also am glad u steped up to make a Friday Encounters group as well.
Thank you all of our DMs. Thanks for the suggestions, lending minis, and showing whatever patence u may have had to show for whatever reason.

hay us DM's can't do it without players showing up. so far I have always had at least four and that is what makes the game for me. People wanting to come and wanting to have fun. That is why I do it and well I like the control too lol Eric
