D&D 4th Edition Forgotton Realm Home Game Moving to AGC on Sundays from 2:00pm to 7:00pm I am a DM with 27 years experience but just a regular guy. Come on down and bring your third level character or we will make one up on the spot.
Or if there are any home games that need another couple players give me a text and I would love to join the group.

like i said thurs, im up for it.
im already working on my character. in fact i have a thread for him in the character section. could use some help on him that i would appreciate.

QUESTION: I noticed that you mentioned that this game might "turn into Ashes of Athas or something else" on the AGC Dungeon & Dragons Facebook page. I think that would be great. This would avoid duplication with the Living Forgotten Realms game that has already began. Will you be making this change? My first Encounters experience was in the Dark Sun campaign setting, and I liked it. I got on board a little late in that game, but what I did see, I thought was cool and a fresh take on established races and classes. Where is the character section and we are meeting 2:00pm sunday at the store.
Wish I could make it but Charmayne and I will be in Houston this weekend. You all be sure to kill some monsters for us!

Yes I ordered the Ashes of Athas for June 12th, 19th and 26th They are the only one I can get at this time. We will take a break from the home game and do the Ashes of Athas as they come out.

How'd it go? What happened? What did I miss? I can tell you what happened in Houston. Astros beat the Mets, 7 to 3. But hell, you could pick up the paper or turn on the news to find that out. Kinda wish I had been there to slay an evil monster.

I enjoyed the game. I've ben meaning the throw my charcater up on the boards and reveal all his juicy backstory. Needless to say we don't have a healer because I'M THE ONLY ONE THAT PLAYS HEALERS! :P
I've played the adventure before. It has LOTS of fights. Its just nice to get out and play, again.

it was a fun game. when i wasnt finishing my character build during the game, which i apolgize for. we got into a bar fight right off the bat after the new players (Deadpool and me) met with the usuals from Eric's game.
The bar fight was started by ..hobgoblins? plus i think they came in like 2 waves. then we finished them off. well the more experienced partiers took goode care of them while i kinda pricked some of them for like 5 damage and Deadpool hid in the back. after teh fight we got news that the ther was ..an..invading army? or that there were more hobgoblins in some caves to the east of the town. a bounty was announced, and a favor was owed by the preexisting party, and the favor was called in to get the bounty.
we headed to the cave and faced some guards. me and Deadpool were more help here. yet party members did kinda get in the way of Deadpool's blast attacks. we beat the guards and that's were we stoped.

wow!!! great review... I glad you guys enjoyed yourselves. Everybody got 506 xp and the other guys sold stuff and gave you shares of 106 gp for now maybe more. With the starting 2250 xp for third level you should be at 2756 xp total your about 700 xp behind the other guys but that should not effect play to much. well part two of the adventure is next week and the dungeon is pretty big so part 3 after that but remember no game on June 5th. it is a lot of combate to start but that will get the rules down so the play will go faster. As a tell all my player we work as a team so watch what the others are doing and be ready when your on deck like a baseball game. Having fun and game days will mostly likely not be the full five hours. 5:30 or 6:30 will be the ending time but I wanted to make sure if it was a great day we had time to finish play. Have a good week and see you Sunday if not sooner.
