About Me

About Me: I started playing D&D somewhere around 1980. At first, we didn't even have rule books; just two modules. We extrapolated what we could and invented the rest; but nonetheless, entire campaigns sprung up around those two modules.

After a while, I moved on to D&D and AD&D, and started a gaming group that has lasted nearly 30 years. For most of that time, I also played with a second gaming group.

We moved on to 2e, 3e, 3.5, and eventually 4e ... and of course, we have played dozens of other game systems, as well.

In that time, we have had a lot of fun, we have learned much, and above all, we have made lasting friendships.

Favorite movies include the Princess Bride, the [original] Matrix, Lord of the Rings, Kickass, and others.

Favorite movies and TV shows include the Big Bang Theory, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, Spartacus, Merlin; the Lord of the Rings, the Watchmen, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, the Epic of Gilgamesh, various Arthurian tales, and more.
