The web content sphere is responsible for managing the various methods of delivering content over the web. As such it supports many of the other spheres (which generate content) and works closely with the web tools sphere in designing new content delivery tools. Additionally, it supports some projects native to it. Here are some initiatives currently running:
Community.wizards.com - this community portal has received little love from the judge community, since it's inception and now is the time to change this. We are working with WotC to add functionalities, which would allow us to change this into fully-featured portal for judges & judging.
Judge Wiki (wiki.dcifamily.org) - this awesome collaboration project brings together a lot of disparate information together in one place. The current big project is the great article index.
Articles - a mainstay of the judge program, since its very beginning, articles are still a great source of learning for the judge community. My sphere will work on stream lining the posting process and provide an index of articles for ease of use.
Judge! Newsletter (judge.dcifamily.org/) - the quarterly newsletter published several weeks after each Pro Tour - just check it out!
Other topics we hope to address soon - reviving event blogs, improving mailing lists, creating a better presence on Facebook, utilizing new outlets like Twitter.
