Origin stories are often used to conceal as much as they are used to reveal, and this is particularly true of the Dwarf race. The true story, as is often the case, was decided to be detrimental to the self-esteem of the newly-free Dwarves, and so history was rewritten to give their children the chance to determine their own fate, a new fate.

The Primordial Piranoth created, or gave birth to, three varieties of Titan - the Fire Titans, the Frost Titans, and the Earth Titans respectively. The Stone Titans were not directly related, being birthed by a different Titan, but are included here for reasons that will be made clear presently.

Each of these four Titan varieties, like other Titans, gave birth to Giants - Fire Titans begat Fire Giants, Frost Titans begat Frost Giants, and Stone Titans
