Ideas for world/block:
1. Land of Senses (Phantasmagoria)- Each color is attributed to a specific sense, i.e Green might be Sight (seeing what is real), where as blue might be hearing (representing the truth that what you hear you hear before you see). I'm not sure yet though, as I have not yet read up enough about the senses. That is for the first set of the block. For the second set, I feel that the world has been...dulled for lack of a better term. Thoughts are not as quick, reality not as sharp, etc. Mechanics in the set might be "come into play tapped" effects, "enters with -/-" counters, etc. For the final set, the whole world would be suffering from Synesthesia. White would have black effects, etc. This represents the world being turned on it's head. Think Repentant Vampire.
2. Mechaland- yes people, you read right. A whole world, designed around...MECHS! I'm thinking heavy artifact/aura set (Kaldra Pieces/umbras), but instead of one uber-set of armor, there are many. There are common (foot soldier), uncommon (shock troops), rare (Generals) and mythic levels (god-like) levels of the mechs. If you're an anime fan, think Aries class Gundam, Mercurius mobile suit, Named Gundams , Named Gundams in Endless Waltz. Or just think of the progression of Gurren Lagann in the series of the same name. Mechanics may include colored artifacts, leveling, kicking, multi-kicking, mulit-color effect kicking, totem armor. Think Uril decked out in auras piloting Voltron fully equipped with Kaldra pieces.
