Editing your replays in the V3 Client

The first thing we'll need to do is head to the user application data directory. Luckily windows uses a global variable to make this easier. So either from the command prompt or windows explorer, head to %appdata%\Wizards of the Coast\Magic Online\3.0\
Now that we're there, you'll need to either open the games list file or create one. If you have one, it will be (your account name).mygames. If not, then create one. It's a simple text file. The text file uses one record per line and each category is separated by a hashtag (#). It's format is as follows:
gameid#matchid#date#time#format#player1name#player2name For Example, (names and events changed to protect the competitive.)

206220957#83175622#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#UserName (W)#PlayedAgainst 206222128#83176001#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#UserName (W)#PlayedAgainst 206223189#83176532#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#UserName (W)#PlayedAgainst 206224194#83176884#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#PlayedAgainst#UserName (W) 206226823#83177817#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#UserName (W)#PlayedAgainst 206228651#83178442#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#PlayedAgainst#UserName (W) 206229272#83178632#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#UserName (W)#PlayedAgainst 206229905#83178911#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#PlayedAgainst#UserName (W) 206231023#83179242#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#UserName (W)#PlayedAgainst 206410044#83246012#6/6/2012#06:06:06#cstandard#UserName (W)#PlayedAgainst

The (W) denotes the winner of the game. As far as I can tell, the only column that really matters is the gameid. The rest is just for display purposes. So write down your gameid before exiting the game if you want to ensure the ability to replay it. Doing this, you can get a friends gameid and and watch it at your leisure. Note that if you make changes to the file while in Magic Online, you will need to relog to see the changes.
