Abilities

Ability scores shown are with racial adjustments. The 18,14,11,10,10,8 array was chosen to maximize accuracy and AC and Reflex defenses. Since the riders on the kineticist build disciplines aren't as strong as the telepath build disciplines, it's satisfactory to start with a 16 wisdom. The strategy is pretty simple, bump intelligence and wisdom at heroic. Then at paragon bump intelligence and charisma in order to qualify for psion implement expertise at epic. Then bump intelligence and wisdom again at epic.

Starting Ability Scores:
  • Str: 8 (-1)
  • Con: 10 (+0)
  • Dex: 10 (+0)
  • Int: 20 (+5)
  • Wis: 16 (+3)
  • Chr: 11 (+0)

Final Ability Scores:
  • Str: 10 (+0)
  • Con: 12 (+1)
  • Dex: 12 (+1)
  • Int: 30 (+10)
  • Wis: 22 (+6)
  • Chr: 15 (+2)

Alternatives:
A solid alternative to the chosen array is the 16,16,13,11,10,8 array. It sacrifices AC and Reflex defenses as well as some accuracy in order to gain a little more out of the secondary riders.
