Recoil Shield (AV)
Knocking folk prone as an encounter power is pretty cool.
Shield of Deflection (AV)
Resistance to Ranged attacks can be useful, as you're not a Ranged character.
Throwing Shield (AV)
Captain America style!
Trollhide Braces (AV)
Antipathy Gloves (AV)
Disallows shifting around you. Nice.
Dwarven Throwers (AV)
This allows you to make a basic attack with your main weapon at range once per encounter. Pretty cool.
Frost Gauntlets (AV)
Slows, and packs a decent damage boost.
Gauntlets of Destruction (PHB)
A superior version of Brutal 1. Sweet.
Gauntlets of the Ram (PHB)
Anything that allows you to push more is sweet for a control Fighter.
Gloves of Piercing (PHB)
Real cheap, and they should punch through any resistance to your attacks if they're not element-based.
Some sweet role-reinforcing properties.
Acrobat Boots (PHB)
Cheap, and they let you stand up faster.
Battlestrider Greaves (PHB)
The cheapest speed boost available for heavy armor users.
Boots of Adept Charging (AV)
Dirt cheap, and have an OK effect.
Boots of Eagerness (AV)
Pretty cheap, and they pack a power you might just keep for the rest of your days...
Boots of Speed (AV)
+2 to speed and a decent power.
Boots of the Fencing Master (AV)
Rewards for mobility. Be careful you don't leave your squishies open, eh?
Boots of Teleportation (AV)
Get them if you can afford them. That is all.
Rushing Cleats (AV)
Once again, more pushing effects.
Sandals of Avandra (AV)
Expensive, but very powerful and allow for crazy mobility.
