Equipment: Waist and Rings
Belt of Blood (AV)
The condition for this is almost non-existent; most of us spend Healing Surges while bloodied anyway, so this is a "free" +Con to surge value.
Belt of Giant Strength (PHB)
A decent skill boost, and a massive damage bonus. Too bad it's only for one swing.
Belt of Mountain Endurance (D 365)
Glorious. +Str to surge value and an AP benefit, all in one package.
Belt of Titan Strength (PHB)
A pretty high skill bonus, and big damage for one turn. Nova-rific.
Belt of Vim (AV)
Reinforces your strongest defense.
Belt of Vitality (AV)
Gets you up when you're down, and boosts Fortitude. Pretty good.
Cincture of the Dragon Spirit (AV)
If you ever wanted to make a Rageblood Intimidate master, this is what you need. Pretty cheap, and you should have this around for skill challenges anyway.
Cord of Foresight (AV)
Hooray for front-loaded healing!
Girdle of the Dragon (AV)
Fortitude boost, and an OK attack power.
Girdle of the Umber Hulk (AV)
A solid burrow power, and a boost to Fortitude.
Healer's Sash (AV)
Anything that allows you to heal your allies is good.
Totemic Belt (AV)
More power for when you charge. Sweet.
Bone Ring of Better Fortune (AV)
Since this halves all necrotic damage, it can potentially be better than a lot of resistance.
Nullifying Ring (AV)
Once again, L30, and of course it's real powerful.
Ring of Elemental Mastery (MOTP)
Allows you to shave some elemental resistance off your opponent, or flat-out ignore it after a milestone. Solid, especially for people looking to abuse the Frostcheese combo.
Ring of Fury (D 366)
When you're bloodied, you let it be known.
Ring of Heroic Insight (AV)
Allows you to buff yourself pretty well once per day.
Ring of Protection (PHB)
Generic defensive item. Useful, though it's about as exciting as watching grass grow.
Ring of the Phoenix (AV)
A pretty sweet revival ability.
Ring of Ramming (AV)
Hands you a touch more control on your pushing powers, and a pretty decent Ranged power.
Shadow Band (AV)
You can't really argue against +2 to all defenses as a static property...
War Ring (AV)
Adds a little more 'oomph' into your criticals.
