I'm glad you started this blog Gargs and linked it to the new DM's group. Your style of writing is plain, simple, straitforward and accessible. It's everything I'd say to a newb and much more without the off topic rambling and run-on sentences.

I think this is a great blog, however I feel quite differently about the size of the group and faulting it for that. If your a good enough DM you can manage the encounters well enough to ensure a party of friends now matter WHAT SIZE can enjoy themselves, and make headway in their adventures. I myself PREFER groups of 3-4 (PC's that is) just because this way the rolling system goes much faster, and allows you more game time to play. [Insert adventure hooks here]. About Me: I'm Gordanian also known as Shumway or Gordon!

Welcome to my D&D profile page.

I've been playing D&D since 1989 when I was first introduced to it by an uncle. Ever since my imagination sky rocketed towards fantasy. I have a strong passion for RPG's and SRPG's.

I'm married with 3 beautiful children that I love spending time with. I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and Business Management. I run a business, and facilitate weekly training classes for our company of over 54 chains from Michigan to California. I'm very computer tech savvy, and experienced in computer graphics artwork and designs. I've done artwork for both large and small businesses, as well as professional video gaming teams, published book covers and web design.

I DM a D&D campaign once or twice a week for my daughter, a friend of mine and his son. I design my own worlds, campaigns, and adventures.

I'm also an avid D&D book collector, and Video Game collector of classic titles. Everything from NES, SNES, PSX, PS2, and Wii. I'm a HUGE Nintendo and Playstation fanatic. I have strong feelings about NEW games focusing mainly on graphics, and not so much gameplay or story.
