Default Tactics Start fight with spiked chain in hand. Attempt to close within 10', and use Combat Expertise to maximum (3), and attempt to trip. Don't forget the initial trip is a touch attack. If trip succeeds, make free attak on prone opponent (-4 AC).
If opponent seems particularly resistant to tripping, attempt to disarm first, then make attacks without Combat Expertise.

Well, Blaergh doesn't have a lot of tricks. Ultimately, his goal is to close in and paralyze his opponent(s) with his natural weapons. If the opponent is invisible - he pretty much has to wait it out. If the opponent is flying, he'll use arrows first - but in some situations, he might use the potion of fly to help out.
He doesn't have any healing - so it pretty much is a mad dash to take the opponent down...
