On the first round, cast Invisibility, sharing with Slink, then move from starting square. Next round, cast Mage Armor from scroll, sharing with Slink and move from square. Next round, cast Shield from scroll, sharing with Slink, and move from square, drawing the bow. Next round, cast Shocking Grasp, designating Slink as the toucher and move toward Mekhoar, or wherever she thinks he is. Whenever they find one another, Slink should discharge his touch and Presil should shoot arrows. After, Slink should withdraw and run away. Presil should keep shooting Mekhoar till he or she dies.
Presil will always move silently until her invisibility is used up. If the buff chain is disrupted, cast Shocking Grasp on Slink and proceed with the shooting Mekhoar step.

Sunstroke discovered some time ago that he had a talent for wrestling, and so set off to Gladius to earn his fortune. He found himself unprepared for the challenges he found there, and grew more and more defeatist with each passing week. Then he finally tapped into his latent psionic powers, and everything changed. He joined the PSI Consortium to improve his abilities, and grew stronger with every passing month.
But with his newfound prowess came uncertainty. Uncertainty with his affiliation with a guild that had such an immoral and illegal bent, uncertainty of his own future, and of his own abilities. He left PSI and, after surviving what appeared to be an assassination attempt from that guild, was taken in by the Emissary of the Watchful EYE. With the help of Sola Nicous, he gradually came to an understanding of his place in the world, and a guiding light for his future actions. Firm in his newfound and intangible faith, Sunstroke returned to the arena confident in his abilities and his actions.
After the fall of EYE, Sunstroke found been without larger purpose, but this no longer bothered him. He trusted to fate and fortune, and took on any challenge that came before him. Sadly, his faith proved to be misplaced, as his long-time rival Dronnar Darkjof of PSI finally cornered and slew him.
For a year, the half-giant's body moldered under the earth. For reasons unknown, on the anniversary of his death at the stroke of noon he awoke and burst from the grave. Although he cannot precisely recall his experiences in the realms beyond, he returned changed. Confident that he has a purpose (although he is not sure what that purpose is), Sunstroke encased himself in crystal and steel, took up a mighty axe, and returned to Gladius renewed and reborn.

Orgauth hails from Skull-Drinker tribe in the Dismal Swamp. During a battle with a giant crocodile, he knocked down. He began speaking in Draconic and grew to twelve and half feet tall. A rage filled his mind as he smashed the great crocodile. The tribal shaman helped Orgauth master his newly found skill. The power quickly went to his head. One night the shaman caught a glimpse on a reptilian head and wings from the corner of his eye. When he turned, he witnessed an argument between Orgauth and another orc over a female. The shaman pondered the meaning of this and made certain to observe Orgauth. Eventually the shaman decided Orgauth needed to sent away. Orgauth was asked to seek out the powerful rod of insect command in the city of Gladius.
Looks like I have a good old-fashioned slugfest on my hands.
Start with dorje of Vigor and stone of Force Screen in hand. Use the dorje and put it away; use the Force Screen and move out while drawing my glaive.
Engage and destroy. If Orgauth is Large, manifest a 3-PP Expansion of my own. If he's trying to maintain range, use a stone of Skate, run if helpful to base him, and sunder his bow if he doesn't give it up.
If I'm Large and Orgauth is uninjured, after closing to melee, drop my glaive to switch to my Behemoth Axe for a solid chance to take him down in one blow. If I injure him but nonlethally, switch to my "normal"-sized waraxe (two-handed).
Use Psionic Weapon on the first attack.
Renew Vigor from dorje if I'm reduced to 13 HP or below.
Cast shield (10% failure) share with bat. If shield fails try casting it again. If shield doesn't fail cast, shocking grasp (10% failure) for bat to deliver. If the shield failed or shocking grasp failed, cast touch of fatigue for the bat to deliver. Move towards center while casting the spells. Taunt the half-breed. If he doesn't show up in say six sounds start looking for him.
Shoot with bow if at a distance until one move away. Take out ranseur to attack with. Have bat move in for touch attack when Sunstroke is within 5 feet (or fly over to Sunstroke if Sunstroke is using his bow). Take 5 foot steps and attack with ranseur as possible. If 5 foot step is not possible or weapon destroyed switch to cold-iron great axe. If that is destroyed switch to masterworked flail and finally silver flail. If all hand weapons destroyed move away and throw axe.
Bat touch attack should be +8 (2 BAB, +2 Dex, +4 size) [+3 if shocking grasp due to his armor].
If he is not approaching and is using tower shield move up instead of using bow. If we are both close to dead but need just a little more to kill him, use rage.

After the buff fest – all 3 go down, SE first then MK then magda, from then on – MK (note he's sanctuaried until he attacks – DC 16) will be doing dispel on Flutter from scroll and draw the wand of true strike and scroll of extended subdual acid arrow, use true strike and then use the acid arrow scroll (no SR, last 6 rounds – do the True sight only if I can see Flutter obviously, if not move around until I can see him, afterwards cast 1 fireball at him then MM him to death with 6 MM's from memory then 4 scorching rays from memory hoping to get lucky With SR, if still not dead wand of MM - at the same time MK tells SE where flutter is at all times, SE's Job to attack Flutter with CI arrows – DON'T rapid shoot – his chance to hit is bad enough as is… after they run out attempt to melee attack with CI Gauntlet that has Dissolving weapon in it (CI and No PR on the dissolving) and Psionic weapon on first attack.
Magda's job is support – she will stick close to MK and ready action to heal him when dropping 4 hp or more with CLW, if he's more then 12 hp Wounded still she will convert Spiritual weapon to CMW then keep on the CLW wand ready actions, if she sees SE is hurt and MK is not she can use CLW wand on him also.
contingencies
1)for the animal sumnmons – all three has PFE for 20 rounds or so, if it run out orgets dispelled have magda use the other PFE scroll MK has, if SE gets dispeleed again and it matters is the PFE potions from SE on MK.
2)for astral constructs – ignore them mostly – Magda should be invisible and buffed so safe and they should need 20 to hit MK or SE, if MK gets grappeled or something have SE kill that construct with rapid shots.
3)if I notice Flutter has fire resistence up (from the first fireball) use 8 MM's instead of 6 and 2 scorching rays instead of 4 then wand of MM.
4)If MK gets ego whipped use animal affinity dorje (char).
5)have SE revigor if needed and there still a chance to win.
6)if buffs run out/dispelled reneaw them if needed, most important are PFE (if there are animal bags), Mage armor and shield.
7)if see invisibility gets dispelled (and note mirror image if he does targeted dispel) – attempt to have SE and lucky locate them by active spot checks have MK do shocking grasps delivered by lucky (he will need to do active spot checks also I imagine) instead of magic missiles and SE attack with ranged weapon then melee when CI arrow run out.
The trick here is to make good use of my stealth--they only have one See Invis, and that's on a character with no low-light vision and crappy Spot. That means I can stay hidden for a while, at least. Conceal all displays, of course.
Start with stone of Touchsight in hand, hovering in the default position. Snake-Eyes is dodge buddy.
1) Manifest Defensive Precognition (4 PP). Make an active Listen check. 2) Manifest Inertial Armor (3 PP). Move at half speed away from anything I have heard. 3) Manifest Force Screen (1 PP), but only if no opponent is an apparent threat at this point. Otherwise, move on as follows:
#1 priority is to use my Dispel Magic SLA on MK, but only after I've reasoned that he has See Invis running--he has to call out my location to his allies, or target my square with an attack. Absolutely do not waste my Dispel if I'm not sure he has See Invis running. Also consider that Magda might be using it instead. Exception: Mirror Image/Invisibility. If the See Invis user has either of these running, I'll need to use Touchsight from a stone first. (If I don't end up using Touchsight, it's okay to drop the stone to draw something else, if doing so doesn't give away my location. I have a second Touchsight stone if necessary.)
#2 priority is to slow Snake down. I have two power stones of Entangling Ectoplasm; use them on his horses (I'm assuming he'll switch mounts if the first one gets gooed). If either of those fails, use a 3-PP Decelerate. If both Ectoplasms fail, never mind.
#3 is to sic animals on the horses. Pop an animal from the bag and order it to attack a horse (preferably one that isn't slowed, or that will recover the soonest). If I failed to dispel See Invis, I'll become visible, give the command, and go invisible again, to make sure the animal gets the correct target. If See Invis is down, I'll just let my critter figure out through trial and error who it can and cannot attack. Replace any killed animals.
#4 is to take down Magda. Use my bow, and add the BoT animals once the horses are down, if Magda isn't running Prot. Evil (to my knowledge). Use Psionic Shot on the first shot, but otherwise just stick and move. Speed is of the essence here, as I need to overwhelm the CLW wand.
#5 depends on whether I dispelled See Invis. If not, I want to focus on MK. If so, take down Lucky. Either way, I'm still using my bow. Snipe if there's any reason/way to do so.
#6 is Snake-Eyes's horses, followed by Snake-Eyes himself. Again, hammer them down with my bow. Recover focus to use Psionic Shots on Snake-Eyes. Then go for Magda, and finally MK if I haven't taken him down already.
Contingencies: - What I fear most is being grappled, and darn me for trading out Psionic Grease. Use Escape Artist. Exception: if I got grappled before getting up Inertial Armor, expend focus to auto-succeed on my concentration check to manifest that. - If the hawk comes after me, taking it down with my bow moves up to my #2 priority (call it priority #1.5). - When given the option, try to guide my critters in the way they'll be most effective. That generally means attacking opponents with no Prot. Evil, followed by waiting for those who consumed potions, and finally those who have it cast from scrolls. Remember that Lucky loses any shared Prot. Evil if it moves away from MK--it would make a great critter snack. - Magda might be invisibly healing folks. That's another occasion to use a stone of Touchsight--but even better would be to let my animals locate and kill her with their scent. That's if she doesn't have Prot. Evil running. - Be mobile! Stay away from Snake Eyes; floating above the central status could be good for a little while, but don't stay there for long. Especially if See Invis was dispelled or MK is dead, I want to be moving (quietly) at all times. Also, stay high, to reduce the possibility of being located by scent. - Dispel Magic: Spend 2 PP, if necessary, to keep Inertial Armor and Force Screen running. This would go in as priority #2 (call it priority #1.25). Spend another 1 PP for Defensive Precognition as priority #3.5. Skip Deceleration (and save my second Entangling Ectoplasm if the first fails). Touchsight might, unfortunately, need renewing as well.
That's all I can think of, though I'm sure it isn't enough. With all the concealment checks, SR checks, opposed stealth, dispel checks, etc. this fight will be heavily decided by dice. Have fun and good luck.

In Gladius, S'lertak became fascinated by the workings of the arena and signed up immediately in order to become a better warrior - perhaps better enough to become a king of his own people.
S'lertak has grabbed a number of strange items to him in order to work out a victory. He hopes one day to know them as well as some of his predecessors - but for now he just thirsts for battle.

You can get one extra attack per round with a ranged weapon. The attack is at your highest base attack bonus, but each attack you make in that round (the extra one and the normal ones) takes a –2 penalty. You must use the full attack action to use this feat
Immunity to sleep spells and effects, and a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells or effects. (Not reflected in the saving throw modifiers given here.)

Weapon Proficiency: Elves are automatically proficient with the longsword, rapier, longbow, composite longbow, shortbow, and composite shortbow.
+2 racial bonus on Listen, Search, and Spot checks. An elf who merely passes within 5 feet of a secret or concealed door is entitled to a Search check to notice it as if she were actively looking for it.
At 1st level, a ranger may select a type of creature from among those given on Table: Ranger Favored Enemies. The ranger gains a +2 bonus on Bluff, Listen, Sense Motive, Spot, and Survival checks when using these skills against creatures of this type. Likewise, he gets a +2 bonus on weapon damage rolls against such creatures.
Nordens comes from a wood elf village when growing up, Nordens was the bedst at the game of hide and seek. when he got older and the games became about tracking and survieving in the woods, Nordens was no longer number one but rather he was he worse, despite his good eyes and his lover for the wood he just didn't understand the ways of the wood as well as the other elfs. One day out of sheer anger of being the worse ranger in the wood the packed his things to leave, but as he was about to exit the village, one of the village elders came to talk to him, he told him that it might be that he would never be a great tracker, but that he thought that Nordens could become a Arcane Archer.
An Arcane Archer was the stuff of legend in the village the village founder Hading had been one he had killed an evil drow wizard and driven out the wizards orc army. It had been two generations since the last Arcane Archer of the village had disappeared at a patrol in the forest and with him the village had lost its greatest artifact The Bow of Hading a great mighty composite Longbow that would evolve alone with its owner.
With the opportunity to become one of thise Legends, Nordens was told to leave for Gladius to learn more in the of the bow and magic, and to find a person that would teach him the way of the Arcane Archer so that one day Nordens might recover The Bow of Hading.
Well the map here really suits S'lertak and really cripples my opponent. Hopefully I'll be able to cash in on it - but who knows what the dice will do.
S'lertak will start off at (2,4) or equivalent with a net in hand and his morningstar in the other. Immediately move out looking for my opponent - note that S'lertak has a 45ft move. Jump is an autosuccess (even from a standstill) over the 5ft sections of water - so no need to be hindered by them.
Once he is found, throw the net at him. If it misses, draw and throw another one. If either one hits, hold the line to restrict his movement and start attacking with the morningstar and bite until he's dead. If I fail the strength check to hold him in place, then add in another claw to the attack sequence as well.
If he escapes or sunders one net and I still have the other - throw the other one. If not - just keep attacking.
start in the front center of the box, with the Heimdal in hand if I can hear where S'lertak is move to cover the gate to the starting box and ready to shoot on sight.
If I can't hear him just move to the center and ready to shoot on sight. Form then on it's 5' foot steep rapid shoot to keep me out of AOO.

You can get one extra attack per round with a ranged weapon. The attack is at your highest base attack bonus, but each attack you make in that round (the extra one and the normal ones) takes a –2 penalty. You must use the full attack action to use this feat

Nordens comes from a wood elf village when growing up, Nordens was the bedst at the game of hide and seek. when he got older and the games became about tracking and survieving in the woods, Nordens was no longer number one but rather he was he worse, despite his good eyes and his lover for the wood he just didn't understand the ways of the wood as well as the other elfs. One day out of sheer anger of being the worse ranger in the wood the packed his things to leave, but as he was about to exit the village, one of the village elders came to talk to him, he told him that it might be that he would never be a great tracker, but that he thought that Nordens could become a Arcane Archer.
An Arcane Archer was the stuff of legend in the village the village founder Hading had been one he had killed an evil drow wizard and driven out the wizards orc army. It had been two generations since the last Arcane Archer of the village had disappeared at a patrol in the forest and with him the village had lost its greatest artifact The Bow of Hading a great mighty composite Longbow that would evolve alone with its owner.
With the opportunity to become one of thise Legends, Nordens was told to leave for Gladius to learn more in the of the bow and magic, and to find a person that would teach him the way of the Arcane Archer so that one day Nordens might recover The Bow of Hading.
Well the map here really suits S'lertak and really cripples my opponent. Hopefully I'll be able to cash in on it - but who knows what the dice will do.
S'lertak will start off at (2,4) or equivalent with a net in hand and his morningstar in the other. Immediately move out looking for my opponent - note that S'lertak has a 45ft move. Jump is an autosuccess (even from a standstill) over the 5ft sections of water - so no need to be hindered by them.
Once he is found, throw the net at him. If it misses, draw and throw another one. If either one hits, hold the line to restrict his movement and start attacking with the morningstar and bite until he's dead. If I fail the strength check to hold him in place, then add in another claw to the attack sequence as well.
If he escapes or sunders one net and I still have the other - throw the other one. If not - just keep attacking.
start in the front center of the box, with the Heimdal in hand if I can hear where S'lertak is move to cover the gate to the starting box and ready to shoot on sight.
If I can't hear him just move to the center and ready to shoot on sight. Form then on it's 5' foot steep rapid shoot to keep me out of AOO.

Discovered that I tried to craft my longbow with Craft: Weaponsmithing. Oops! Added 350 gp to expenses after first 3FC. In the middle of second 3FC I figured out I spent too little on scribing spellbook pages. 600gp deducted from funds.

Way to read these tactics: Each attack # refers to an individual attack. Once any of the letters applies to a situation, go to the next attack #.
Attack #1:
a) Attempt to set up a charge, then charge. [two hands on lance for extra str damage] to hit: +7(norm)+2(bull's str)+2(invis)+2(charge)+ 1(mounted vs medium opponent) = +14 to-hit.
Special note: I believe he can not ready a spear against an invisible charger[for double damage on his part]. If he can, I do not want to charge if he has his spear out.
b) If I can't charge for whatever reason[either because he has his spear out & is allowed to ready for double damage vs invis opponents or because I just plain can't set up a charging lane], then I want to move up to where he is within my reach & cast true strike from my wand. Next round I'll stow the wand & attack him with the lance two-handed while power attacking(full)
c) If a) AND b) don't apply because elementals are blocking access, charge an elemental to kill it.
Attack #2:
a) If I succeeded on a charging attack & hit him, defensively cast magic missile at him[memory, cl5], draw true strike wand.
b) If I didn't get a successful charge attack against him on attack#1, cast web so that he is 10ft into it, then draw my true strike wand.
Attack #3:
a) cast true strike from wand(draw if necessary), then get within attack range of him.
Attack #4:
a) stow wand, move within range of him, true-strike full power attack with two handed weapon/pound him.
If he survives attack #4, cast magic missile at him[if I haven't already]. Then cast shocking grasp at him. Then repeat #4 until he's dead.
Once he is dead honour him by giving him a proper dwarven burial.
Contingencies:
* If blinded, use synesthete tattoo * If I stand to draw an AoO from an elemental due to movement, just take the AoO. * Never charge when he has a spear in his hand & could potentially ready it vs my charge. * I don't know how bestow curse will go down-and could probably write an entire set of tactics full of contingencies just for that. just do your best to improv if it happens. * If stuff gets dispelled, just keep chugging. If he's wasting time on dispel magic then he's wasting precious time. Thorell is a hard hitter.

Dentik is a proud representative of his family clan. A devout follower of the elemental influences, like most dwarves of the faith, he has chosen to focus exclusively on Earth's power. That said, he is commonly covered from head to toe in dirt and grime, shunning most forms of water when possible.
An accomplished weapon and armor smith, Dentik left his homeland in search of greater valor and experience. He bears with him arms and armor of his own make and looks upon the world with respect to how it interacts with the earth below his feet.
Dentik is gentle at heart, but has a stern demeanor that has earned him the nickname of "Stoneheart" - which he does little to overthrow.
About the Followers of the Elemental Influences: Followers of the Elemental Influences are not really centered around a single god, but are more focused on the influences and balance of the four elements. Clerics of the disposition tend to focus on two particular elements and sometimes focus on opposing elements because of their inherent balance.
Ethos of the followers can sometimes be misconstrued as chaotic in nature, mostly due to the preconceived notion that elemental forces are chaotic at their roots (for instance the destructive and sudden nature of powerful winds (air), forest fires (fire), earthquakes (earth) and water dangers (waves, tsunamis and such) (water). The reality however is that followers are very focused on balance and are not all that afar from druids in their beliefs.
Followers of the Elemental Influences tend to don garb that is fashioned after their favored elements - forging together colors of air, water, earth and fire in tune with their beliefs. The holy symbols of such followers are also iconic images of the four elements - usually a combination of the two chosen by the follower.
Followers of the Elemental Influences can choose two of the four elemental domains. Rare followers sometimes pick from among the following: Destruction, Weather, Strength or Sun - but always have at least one Elemental domain.
The favored weapon of a follower of the elemental influences varies by the elements chosen. Air: Rapier, Fire: Battleaxe, Earth: Warhammer, Water: Trident. Once a particular follower has chosen one type of favored weapon, that weapon will always appear for conditions that call for it (spiritual weapon)

Start off at the front corner of my starting area with my two elementals beside me. Dentik holds his longspear and his wand of divine favor. In round 1, they will sink underground and move forward 20ft; Dentik will use the wand, drop it and move out 20ft.
From here on - move out, readying to cast a targetted dispel magic on sight. Once Thorell is seen, Dentik will give a stomping pattern that will tell the elementals to emerge from the ground and engage Thorell. They will set up to flank if possible.
If Dentik's spear is sundered, he will revert to his morningstar and continue attacking. If Thorell keeps trying to sunder the adamantine weapon, cast shatter on Thorell's weapon.
If Dentik's dispel is triggered and he is not in melee on the following round, but can still see Thorell, he'll cast Spiritual weapon.
If Thorell is visible and has mirror images up, proceed with the spiritual weapon first and wait to cast dispel until all of the images are destroyed. The elementals will help to take down the images as well.
If Dentik is severely wounded (15hp or less) and still has both his elementals up, he'll drop bestow curse for a defensively cast Cure Serious Wounds. If one or both elementals are down, he'll cast Bestow Curse and try to touch Thorell with it. The effect will be 50% inaction.
If forced to cast in melee, cast defensively if I cannot step away safely (or if I need a touch attack on Thorell).
When Dentik is able to attack in melee (either with his longspear or his morningstar) - he'll use his destruction domain power for +4 to hit and +6 to damage. Do not use this until all images are down (if he has mirror image up).
That's pretty much it.
Spiritual Weapon should be +7 melee, 1d8+2 dmg, 20/x3 crit (warhammer)

Round 10 Dentik casts Dispel Magic on Thorell and dispels everything(including True Strike). Thorell rides for cover to evade the spiritual weapon. The two elementals attack and hit Thorell hard. Note: Since the dispelled True Strike was unexpected, I had to make a Judgement call here wether to refresh True Strike, attack without it or go straigth to shocking grasp. In the end I wnet for the shocking grasp because it was your chance to end the fight fast and with your current AC you arent able to stand much longer. Thorell bases Dentik but suffers an AoO from both Dentik and one elemental. Dentik misses, but the elemental hits. Thorell casts Shocking grasp and hits, but Dentik survives the spell.

-Use Rowier as a Scout but make sure he stays between Mineau Guwango and the foe so that he can return, to deliver touch attacks.
-Try to avoid to cast a spell so as to provoke an attack of opportunity. Either take a 5 foot step or if that is, for some reason, impossible cast defensively.

when he is blind Mineau will move behind full cover and get blindness back then he will find Max again and cast blindness on him again use POP if it fails. Now move back and begin to cast MM from wand, If he uses Dispel Psionics on him self cast Hideous Laughter on him when move and use shocking grasp two times then go with MM from wand. After Max has used Dispel Psionics on self and used a potion , Mineau will cast Dispel Magic on Max the he will cast Invisibility on self followed by Summon Swarm right on top of Max for a Bat swarm Mineau will then move away while keeping Concentration and wait for it to kill Max.

Round 1: Max drinks the potion and draws the stone of defensive precognition. Round 2: Max manifests defensive precognition from stone and draws the dorje of Vigor. Round 3: Max manifests a 6+2pp Vigor(NOT from dorje) and moves forward. Round 4: Max manifests a 5+2pp Astral Construct with Muscle, Celerity & trip(exchange 1 type B ability for 2 type A abilities). Round 5: Max & the construct move out together, but they stay far enough away from each other to not get cought in an area dispel.
Once Mineau is found, Max sends the construct to attack and creates additional identical constructs.
Refresh Protection from evil with potion and Vigor from dorje if it gets dispelled/runs out(pfe first!).
Use stone of Synesthete if blinded.
If the constructs have trouble hitting him, do one targeted 3+2pp dispel on him.

Thus, they are not subject to effects that hedge out or otherwise affect outsiders; they are constructs, not outsiders.” Protection from evil only stops attacks by summoned creatures.

An older man from the southern provinces outside of Gladius, Darrgon is a rather secretive individual. Having spent a great deal of time under the tutelage of Denthian priests, he respects their ethos and lives his life according to their beliefs. That being said, he is little more than an avid follower of Denth.
In his past, he was confronted by an ogre who had a silence spell cast around him. Darrgon's wily familiar climbed all over the ogre, in order to distract it - but the action almost cost Shakti his life as the ogre threw him away. Shakti punctured one of his eyes in that encounter and it has taken many months for him to adjust to it.
In a surprising twist of fate, Darrgon's own eye was also punctured and rendered useless in a fight with the same ogre some days later. In that event, Darrgon had sought him out to exact revenge - but it cost him dearly. Darrgon now wears a patch over his right eye to cover the unsightly wound. He spent the next few months adjusting to it as well. For the most part - he has, but every once in a while, one of his summons appears in a place he did not intend.
For anyone reading this - the background is not really intended to give Darrgon a hindrance in a fight - so the blindness in one eye is not to be considered when writing tactics. However, if a pitlord wishes to - I am fine with occasional (say a 5% chance) misplaced summons - just to make things interesting.
About Denth the Summoner
Denth is a lesser god in the pantheon who is not well recognized among the populace of most civilized lands - probably because his wars with summoned armies laid waste to vast areas, leaving plenty of death and misery around. His own armies suffered many losses, but since they made use of summoning magics, were easily replenished. Denth is an underling to the God of Magic, a bastard child in a way, because no one wishes to think of him and his deeds.
Denth's holy symbol is that of a palm with a man coming through a portal. In some cases, the man is replaced with the figure of a particular followers favorite summoned creature.
Denth is a neutral god with evil tendencies. Although he does have a small number of good followers, the majority fall under Neutral and Evil alignments. A follower of Denth can choose from the following domains: Evil, War, Strength. Denth's favored weapon is a Flail.

Darrgon's goal is to summon. He is not particular about what his opponent has up for protections, he just wants to see his summons work their terror on his opponents. As such - primary focus will be his summons.

I have no delusions about winning this fight - I really don't. So here goes for 2nd or 3rd!
Start off at the default location with a scroll of Mage Armor (CL1) in hand. If it is my action and no one is in my immediate area, cast from the scroll, draw a scroll of shield (CL2).
Again - if no one is in my immediate area, cast shield from the scroll, draw a scroll of Mirror Image (CL3).
If someone is in my area or I manage to get through the first two spells, cast Mirror Image from the scroll (if I am interrupted, drop the scroll in hand, draw the scroll of Mirror Image and cast it). If I manage to get the first two spells off - draw my rod of extend spell.
Okay - assuming I'm still alive, my actions go to survival.
If someone is within 15ft of me at the start of my action, cast Color spray. If I could potentially get more than one in the area of effect move to do so (even if it means provoking an AoO to do it). Repeat if the first one didn't work or if more have come to join the fray.
If no one is within 15ft or I've already used both Color sprays. Start casting Summon Monster II and extend it with the rod of extend. Summon a large fiendish centipede - preferably between me and the nearest opponent. It will attack anyone who is moving - with the dog and Sunstroke as the lowest priority if multiple opponents are present and moving. If it does attack Sunstroke, it will use its smite on him.
If Summon Monster II is successfully cast, cast it again. If it failed, drop the rod, draw and cast Shocking grasp from the scroll. Repeat as needed. If I am resorting to shocking grasps, Shakti (familiar) will take a 5ft step into the opponent's square and attack. If the opponent moves away at that point - Shakti will stay with me. After both shocking grasps, cast Acid Arrow if the opponent is still up.
If I do manage to get both Summons off - disengage. Jump off of the ledge if needed - but get away. After disengaging, fire at opponents with the crossbow until I am in melee again - then use shocking grasps/acid arrow/have Shakti attack/use quarterstaff.

Sunstroke discovered some time ago that he had a talent for wrestling, and so set off to Gladius to earn his fortune. He found himself unprepared for the challenges he found there, and grew more and more defeatist with each passing week. Then he finally tapped into his latent psionic powers, and everything changed. He joined the PSI Consortium to improve his abilities, and grew stronger with every passing month.
But with his newfound prowess came uncertainty. Uncertainty with his affiliation with a guild that had such an immoral and illegal bent, uncertainty of his own future, and of his own abilities. He left PSI and, after surviving what appeared to be an assassination attempt from that guild, was taken in by the Emissary of the Watchful EYE. With the help of Sola Nicous, he gradually came to an understanding of his place in the world, and a guiding light for his future actions. Firm in his newfound and intangible faith, Sunstroke returned to the arena confident in his abilities and his actions.
After the fall of EYE, Sunstroke found been without larger purpose, but this no longer bothered him. He trusted to fate and fortune, and took on any challenge that came before him. Sadly, his faith proved to be misplaced, as his long-time rival Dronnar Darkjof of PSI finally cornered and slew him.
For a year, the half-giant's body moldered under the earth. For reasons unknown, on the anniversary of his death at the stroke of noon he awoke and burst from the grave. Although he cannot precisely recall his experiences in the realms beyond, he returned changed. Confident that he has a purpose (although he is not sure what that purpose is), Sunstroke encased himself in crystal and steel, took up a mighty axe, and returned to Gladius renewed and reborn.

Start with heavy shield and dorje of Vigor in hand.
Use the dorje and put it away. Then take total defense, and draw my silver waraxe while moving out.
Round 3, I start looking for action. If someone is aggressing against me, go for them first (this includes summons, familiars, animal companions, whatever). Otherwise, I'd like to go for Soren or Darrgon, whoever is the more convenient target.
When Orgauth and/or Soren go down, switch to more aggressive tactics. Manifest a 3-PP Expansion and swap my shield and axe for my glaive (or Behemoth Axe if based). Kill whatever's of greatest danger to me, or otherwise whatever's most convenient. Reapply Vigor fron dorje if it gets used up (but do not do this before this stage of the fight).
Contingencies: - Vs. Summon Swarm: Delay until just before the swarm's turn, then Run away from it, so at least one opponent is closer to it than I am. If this is impossible, take a Prot. Evil potion. - Vs. Nature's Allies: also drink a Prot. Evil potion. Not against Summon Monster, though. - Vs. Produce Flame: if this is the greatest threat to me at any time, go after Soren with my glaive. - Vs. ranged attacks from someone I'm having a hard time catching: Stone of Skate and Run to base them. Sunder their ranged weapon if applicable.
