I thought that might be the case. Graves fires off a shot at Drow 2, but his shot misses the drow running for cover. Kurt swings his concussion rod with a heavy swing, and a sickening crack is heard Drow 2 drops to the ground dead. The last drow still visible since the Chosen turned invisible runs at Carl, and the bomb. He fires off a shot at Carl to drive him away from the explosive. But in his rush his shot is a clear miss. Kurt seems to hear something, and dodges out of the way of an attempted strike against him. Rhenn 17 fires off a shot but misses. <# Does anyone have the codex? I see we still have mister Choosen One around #> You lost track of the Codex after Kurt put it on the floor. After the firefight started the civilians who fled from the quite possibly kicked the Codex during their stampede to get to safety. There is also the possibility that the invisible Chosen got ahole of it while you couldn't see him.
Those on the right side of the map may make a spot check to try and see where the Codex is if they wish.

<# Just was checking that I did not miss anything about the codex. #>A thought crosses Rarkit's mind, The CODEX! Where is it? Ikris quickly scans the floor area for the codex. Spot: 1d20+2=19

Carl places the bomb gently to the side. Someone is bearing down on him with a gun. He considers some kind of bluff. After all, he's still wearing the suit of a Drow soldier. Perhaps the other drow could be convinced that he's actually protecting the bomb. Carl draws the conclusion that this will be difficult for two reasons: 1.) Its hard to talk to someone who's shooting at you. 2.) He doesn't actually know any Drow. Carl draws his firearm and takes a shot at the Drow coming at him: Attack: 12, Damage: 13When his shot goes wide, it occurs to Carl he should have listened to the voice in his head repeating his motto: Run away, run away! Live to profit another day!

Carl- After placing the bomb to the side he takes a shot at the last visible drow, but his shot goes wide.
Larry- Larry’s laser shot slams into the side of the last remaining, and sends him sprawling to the floor.
Rarkit- Rarkit does manage to see that the Codex has skipped across the floor, and is lying on the hallway floor.
With the last of his drow minions eliminated you hear the Chosen Huris voice eco in the market square. “You think this over? You all have no idea what you are getting into. You are all as good as dead. I’ll see to that. Enjoy your ‘victory’ while you can. I will make sure you regret ever hearing about the Codex.” With that warning there is silence.
The bomb has been disabled, the hostages have been freed, and Rarkit is able to pick up the Coden. The red emergency lights of the space station continue to glow. Kurt clutches his wounds, but then starts looking around desperately with wide eyes. “The Codex! Where’s the Codex!”
I do not believe anyone has a means to detect an invisible opponent, particularly one that is disengaging from combat. So as a result I’m going to be getting out of combat here, unless you guys want to try and finish the Chosen Huris off.
There is also the matter of dealing with Graves considering ChaoticGod is more or less AWOL at the moment. If someone desires they can take over his character. Or we can NPC him for the moment.

Larry looks around, a little dazed. More dead drow ... when will this end? he asks himself. Grabbing his range pack, he heads over to Kurt. "The Codex is fine," he assures him. "Fellow over there's got it. Hold still, I need to fix you up here." Taking a medical kit from the pack, he begins to apply antiseptic and bandages to Karl's injuries. Treat Injury check: 17

Rarkit seing the Codex on the floor immediately darts for the Codex to pick it up. Once the Codex is secured he walks over to Kurt to resume his assigned job of protecting Kurt. He watches over the dead bodies, speaking softly to Larry, "Make him good.", while holding his war hammer ready to swing at anyone that tries to attack Kurt.
"Any interesting toys they have?", asks hopefully there is something to savage that is useful to him.
