Night Fight/Cripple Stack?

Does night fight and cripple stack?

If my ship is crippled at night is it -2 to dice rolled? I'm sure someone has probebly asked this before, but I cannot find an answer.

Correct. A crippled ship at night hits only on 6s (but 6s still cause two hits as normal).

What happens if a battleship fires its mains at a DD at night? Do the 6's still count double? If so, the BB effectively has no penalty for darkness in this situation.
