Can dive bombers press the attack against the Fencer's ranged AA attack? Kinda same issue came up about Emily. I believe the SA actually represents an enemy Fighter unit. Especially since the Escort ability impacts the Fencer's SA.
I don't think you could use Press the Attack - its not Antiair from a Ship - its Antiair from Fighter Cover.
Fighter Cover 5 - Once per turn during the Antiair phase, you may make a 5-dice Antiair attack against enemy Aircraft within range 3. This attack is in addition to your normal Antiair attack. The Escort ability works against this attack.

Can dive bombers press the attack against the Fencer's ranged AA attack? No. Press the Attack applies against the Antiair attack listed in the ship's Attacks section. Fighter Cover 5 is a special ability. On that basis, I'd rule that Press the Attack doesn't apply (with the caveat that I may change that ruling if future discussions with Rich indicate that it's wrong, even though I don't expect that to happen).

Additional question on Fencer's Fighter Cover 5 SA.
During the Antiair phase, can you make attacks against each enemy aircraft or just one aircraft within range 3?

The card states "once per turn ..."

I thought you rolled the dice once and attacked enemy aircraft within 3 range. It does not say an enemy aircraft within 3 range. The escort ability working against it makes it very hard to be effective. But you are not actually targeting either you are just shooting randomly at enimy aircraft.

Steve I've always read that to mean you get to use the ability once per turn to attack a single Aircraft. Not that you use the ability one per turn to attack every Aircraft within the range. I believe the range is listed as a guidance so you know what Aircraft are eligible to target with the SA and then you must target a single Aircraft with the SA.

IIRC it says a antiair attack against enemy Aircraft.
One could read a/one aircraft, but also "all" Aircraft, but I thnk you should apply common sene and handle it like all attacks are handled in the game
As each attack needs a specfied target (and ONLY one target per attack - unless explicitly stated otherwise), I'd say its meant to be ONE attack against ONE aircraft.
