This question came up the other day and, never having used the Hood specifically because of this SA, I have no idea what the correct answer is. Fatal Flaw - if an enemy Battleship rolls four 6s against this unit, put a face-down destroyed counter on this unit. So, does this mean exactly four 6s and no more or at least four 6s? The fate of the universe hangs on the answer!
Well ... not really ...

Around our sea scape it means when a Battleship Only rolls 4 or more natural sixes then the fatal flaw comes into effect.
Cruisers/Destroyers/etc cannot activate this effect.
Hope that helps.

Snippersly That has always been my understanding as well but apparently some players, taking note of the fact that card doesn't say "four or more 6s", require that exactly four sixes be rolled. Frankly, since I think it's a stupid SA to begin with and the strict interpretation would make the Hood slightly more survivable, I'd like to discover that my understanding has been incorrect.

It would not make much difference as most BB attacks that have 5+ 6s also reach vital armor on the Hood - Result POOOOOFfffff

I should also point out, because it seems nobody else has noticed, that the Fatal Flaw SA doesn't specify that it must be a main gunnery attack from a battleship, meaning that an extremely lucky shot from a secondary (or even tertiary) battery could also trigger the SA, even if that secondary would ordinarily not be able to sink it at all.
If you at least limit the SA to the exact number of 6s, no more, you almost make the Hood playable.

Yep happened to me last winter vs Scharnhorst - she clean missed me with the primaries, then rolled 4 sixes with the secondaries - ARGH!

That should say only Main Gunnery for that SA to have any basis in historical representation. No wonder I have 4 Hoods in my "rarely used" box.

"4 or more" is correct.
Steve Is it four or more on main gunnery, or on any gunnery attack?
