What is the correct ruling for the following situation:

Italian fleets in Tunis and Naples

French fleets in Tyrrhenian and West Mediterranian.

West Medi supports Tyrrhenian in attack on Tunis

and

Naples supports Tunis in attack on Tyrrhenian

I know that they don't switch places thanks to the no switching places rule, but is it simply a standoff, or are both attackers dislodged at the same time?

A pair of crossing attacks of equal strngth. Neither succeeds, and the units remain where they started.
