This may have been asked before but I can't seem to find it. For Villains and Monsters taking damage, we put the damage marker on the minis, right? My question is, how do you manage to put damage tokens on standard-sized minis (i.e. Strahd from CR) with more than 4 HP?

Use standard player HP tokens on the villain card itself.

Thanks! Or what we actually did was stick to the monster damage tokens and just stack them on top of each other.
