So uh yeah pretty much the title...this is gonna be pretty vague to start but I do have a few things I want to aim for.

Race: So far I'm thinking Tiefling, Revenant or Vryloka obviously Female
Class: Thinking Warlock, Wizard, Bard or Mage...and of course any Hybrid/Multi Combo
Element/Key Word: Fear, Enchantment, Charm, Illusion
Stat: Must use Charisma in some way...preferably as the Main stat...Dex or Int as a secondary would be nice.

My guess is that a Tielfing Mage (Enchantment/Illusion Spec) or Warlock|Wizard Hybrid will work best but I want to see what you guys think first (will post both builds once I'm done)

Tiefling Enchanter Mage -> Summon Succubus.  Demonception.

I think there is a bard|warlock build out there that might help you getting what you need, focusing mostly on dominating with Staggering Note as at-will and Decree of Khirad, Lure of Minauros, Song of Discord, Touch of Command  and of course Command Insanity as heroic powers.

Tiefling Psion|Wizard probably.
Bard is another possibility, if you want to "charm" you party.

Sorcerer, elemenalist are only damage, not really control.  Witch is litterally a bad mage.

For race, why not Deva? The immortal thing lines up nicely and fallen becoming Succubus vs. Rakshasa is doable.

Resourceful Magician can work really well for such a concept - i.e. start out as Bard, move to Wizard

Tiefling Cunning Bard
Shadowdance Leather Armor/ Staff Expertise
Multiclass Warlock
Multiclass Wizard
Entrancing Mystic Paragon Path
Glasya's Charming Words
Bard Implement Expertise
Royal Command of Asmodeus

This package gives you the following:

+1 to hit with charm powers
Do not provoke while casting
Aura 3 of -2 to saves (-5 to charm saves)
Expanded Crit range
Dominating Criticals (on charm powers)
Replace your Stun powers with Dominate

On top of that, there are all kinds of other elements that help a lot: Psychic lock, Imperious Majesty, Seducer background (Scales of War), Orb Expertise, Superior Implement Proficiency (Crystal Orb), Orb of Mental Domination, Amulet of Seduction.  Plus, as a bard, you can charm your allies into better performance as well.

If you're going that route, Resourceful Magician offers far more.  You can cherrypick the very best powers.
