Speaking from personal experience "This minion weakens you, no save, until you kill it" is also annoying. And iirc you wrote that into the mod.

As your charge should kill or nearly kill whatever you charge.
At level 6, if I set everything up right, I was doing 3d8+2d6+9'ish damage when I became pixie (decided to change my race at some point). Feats were Streak of Light, LBE, Mindbite Scorn, Superior Will. 30'ish damage is a far cry from killing whatever I charge at level 6. I can squeeze another 4-5 damage with different choices, but no idea how to get another 42 damage. So, yeah, I focus fire like everyone else in the party. I see something bloodied? I'll want to charge it to try and finish it off.

FBT for CA instead of Streak of Light, MC Rogue instead of Sup Will (cause at 6 you probably dont need sup will yet). Surprising Charge cause you are charging with a lightblade.
Its been a while since I've looked at this, but the encounter nova is something like this:
4d8+4d6+2d10 (I think) + 11 ~ 18 + 14 + 11 + 11 = 54 average damage. Won't always kill your target, but it should be doing a pretty good job of knocking it down to 1-hit range and sometimes killing it outright.

You might consider swapping up to lance. As a Executioner you get Military 1h, which does include the lance. You can be mounted by riding your owlbear from Fey Beast Tamer (assuming you are a pixie, or small). Spear expertise is comparable to light blade expertise (when charging, assuming CA from FBT). Impaling Spear is the same as Deft Blade. Surprising charge also works with spears.
And you get d10s (+another d10 for charging from the base weapon) for [W] instead of d8s. But it does cost you +1 to hit, as the lance is a +2 vs Rapier at +3.
I am looking at 3d10 (lance, surprising charge) + 1d10 (assassin's strike) + 2d8 (vanguard + attack finesse) + 3d6 (curse, mindbite scorn, horned helm) + 15 (cha 5, 2 enh, 2 bracer, 2 lancing gloves, 2 owlbear, 1 expertise, 1 versatile). ~ 56.5.. am I missing a d6 somewhere? You had 4d6 I just saw 3d6. Well, rogue MC I suppose for another 2d6 1/enc, Carrion Crawler Brain Juice for another +4 1/enc/day.
Interesting, Lancing Gloves should apply to flurry while mounted. They don't call for a damage roll, just melee attacks while mounted. (and other melee non-damage rolls, ie Brutal Barrage)

Unless you can convince your DM that being a hybrid Ninja Executioner is kosher.
Personally, I'm having quite a bit of fun with my Revanant Executioner/Warlock. Being CON based and poaching dwarf feats makes the guy extremely difficult to put down (which is good, considering the lack of armor)
But if OP wants to go Drow, I might suggest either the Yakuza (Chances are you're going to be the one who bloodies an enemy, and you're good at intimidation), or Elderboy (absorb one hit per encounter as you're a bit fragile) themes.

So below is my updated character. I have updated his theme/background in addition to his feat. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on him. Should I reduce his DEX however in order to max his charisma? Charisma is the basis I am using for both Eldritch Strike and Darkfire. In addition, I'm always a fan of being able to intimidate, bluff, etc. My new feat is Cursed Shadow. I changed it from the original hybrid talent since Cursed Shadow gives you the same ability and a little more. I considered other feats that specifically improved Warlock's curse, but will definitely grab those at later levels. Additionally, I like the idea of using a rapier, daggers, and a rod when necessary. A lance definitely seems pretty awesome in regards to damage, but I love the flavor of a typical assassin sword/dagger combo. ====== Created Using Wizards of the Coast D&D Character Builder ====== Elendyr, level 1 Drow, Assassin (Executioner)/Warlock Guild Attacks (Hybrid) Option: Red Scales (Hybrid) Hybrid Assassin (Executioner) Option: Hybrid Executioner Fortitude Eldritch Pact (Hybrid) Option: Star Pact (Hybrid) Eldritch Strike Option: Eldritch Strike Charisma Hybrid Warlock Option: Hybrid Warlock Reflex Darkfire Option: Darkfire Charisma Pivotal Event - Escape (+2 to Athletics) Theme: Elderboy FINAL ABILITY SCORES STR 10, CON 12, DEX 18, INT 8, WIS 12, CHA 18 STARTING ABILITY SCORES STR 10, CON 12, DEX 16, INT 8, WIS 12, CHA 16 AC: 16 Fort: 12 Ref: 15 Will: 14 HP: 24 Surges: 7 Surge Value: 6 TRAINED SKILLS Perception +6, Stealth +11, Thievery +9 UNTRAINED SKILLS Acrobatics +4, Arcana –1, Athletics +2, Bluff +4, Diplomacy +4, Dungeoneering +1, Endurance +1, Heal +1, History –1, Insight +1, Intimidate +6, Nature +1, Religion –1, Streetwise +4 POWERS Basic Attack: Melee Basic Attack Basic Attack: Ranged Basic Attack Elderboy Utility: Endure Torment Drow Racial Power: Darkfire Assassin Attack: Garrote Strangle Assassin Attack: Poisoned Dagger Warlock's Curse Power: Warlock's Curse Assassin Attack: Assassin's Strike : Swap Daily For Poison Recipe Warlock Attack 1: Eldritch Strike FEATS Level 1: Cursed Shadow ITEMS Carrion Crawler Brain Juice Ki Focus x1 Rapier x1 Dagger x3 Leather Armor x1 Hempen Rope (50 ft.) I have a hard time ever recommending Darkfire over Cloud of Darkness. If either you or your target are in the cloud, you get CA. You don't have to hit like you do with darkfire, it gives you total concealment for a round, and can net you an OA or two if you position yourself well. The only downside is that it can interfere with ally targeting, but it's always been worth it in my experience.
There's also a lot of cool stuff you can tack onto CoD. Any mix of rogue and assassin can take Far Shadow and Darkjumper to drop a cloud on a distant enemy and teleport right next to them. Probably not strictly the most optimal use of two feats, but a lot of fun in play.

Yeah, Cloud of Darkness > Darkfire.
Much as it might make sense for your character to try and buff his Athletics, you're probably better off taking another background benefit. If you're really desperate for good climbing/jumping, you can take Ghost of the Rooftops utility at level 6.
Same for the theme; mechanically there are better options like Sohei & Ironwrought, but it looks like you took it for the Drow fluff.
Since it's level 1, I'd look at getting the most from that 100gp. That rod doesn't do anything for you besides cost 12gp; I'd see if you could find the scratch to grab an Adventurer's Kit (cost 15). You can trade in the Rod and Rope for 13gp (kit has rope in it), then maybe sell off 2 daggers/the hook. Honestly it's probably a matter of preference, but the kit has a lot of stuff in it that I've always found handy at level 1.

Hope I'm not stealing your thunder (and if it's more appropriate I can start a new thread), but while we're all gathered here on the subject of Hybrid Executioner/Warlocks, I wonder if anyone has feedback on this character of mine in that vein: Spoiler:
