Is I roll a 1 on my quarry die while wielding an axe with Axe Expertise, I get to reroll it, right?

If you're applying the quarry damage to an attack made with the axe. If your other weapon is a broadsword and you apply the quarry damage to that attack, you wouldn't get the expertise bonus.
My ranger gets a lot of use out of Gauntlets of Destruction.

Would the reroll also apply to other extra dice? Like the extra d6 from a battlecrazed weapon?

So long as it is part of the attack, but remember it isn't brutal. You get to reroll one die once.
