Hopefully we'll see the Paladin next because I'd like to know sooner, rather than later, if D&D:Next is worth my time. If they just throw a bunch of stuff at the wall and hope it sticks or dont provide the basics if the class at 1st level (rather than the concept evolving over the first 6 or 7) then I can safey stay buh-bye As far as play testing goes.

Fingers crossed.

Warlord or Paladin. Because mostly at this point, how they handle thes 2 classes are going to either kill any chance of me buying this game, or make me give them a second chance.

I'm expecting the Warlord and Druid to come last. I want them ASAP. Le sigh.

We have seen plenty of material for the basic classes and now that other classes such as the monk and barbarian are emerging, which class would you like to see next?

My vote is for the Ranger!

They should start with the classes that are harder to pin down. Barbarian was a mistake, as it's feel is simple. Does it rage and wear light armour? It's a barbarian.
Druid, bard, sorcerer, and paladin will be harder and should be released sooner so they can be worked on longer.

In fact I never considered the AD&D bard being a class since it was a combination of several and you needed to level other classes first to become one. To me a class is something you can be at 1st level. I would rather name the AD&D bard a calling.

Honestly I wonder if anyone ever made a 1st edition bard. It seemed almost impossilbe to achieve, given the super stats you needed to dual class twice.

If I recall, in the podcast, druids, paladins, and rangers were all mentioned, so the next class would probably be one of those three.  I would be happy  to see any of them.

I would really like to see the paladin. There were some interesting ideas a ways back on how you could distinguish the class with its focus on smites and protective auras.

The bard would also interest me for curiosities sake. The class tends to change the most between editions.

In order of "Most Rounds of Feedback I'd Like Them To (Potentially) Go Through":

Warlord
Paladin
Druid
Sorcerer
Bard
Ranger

Plus or minus a step in the order.

Yes, I am expressing my opinions (even complaints - le gasp!) about the current iteration of the play-test that we actually have in front of us.

No, I'm not going to wait for you to tell me when it's okay to start expressing my concerns (unless you are WotC).

(And no, my comments on this forum are not of the same tone or quality as my actual survey feedback.)

I'm really not picky at all, but if I was given the authority to choose:

Ranger
Paladin
Bard
Druid
The 2 core goals of DDN:
1. Create a version of D&D that embraces the enduring, core elements of the game.
2. Create a set of rules that allows a smooth transition from a simple game to a complex one.
