Uh... Then, uh, crap. I guess you need every Eberron book printed, including the Explorer's Handbook, and that crappy Arms and Armor 3.5 3rd party book. And a large herring-cut log.
And that'll learn you to keep up like that!

Let's see... I have the 3.0 A&E, ECS, RoE, MoE, PGtE, Five Nations, Secrets of Sarlona... and Explorer's Handbook. Faiths of Eberron sounds like it would be worthwhile for gods & such.

And nobody has answered yet: is there a 3.5 FR book that deals mostly with gods?

My personal favorite religion themed book is Holy Order of the Stars for the Dragonlance campaign setting (Sovereign Press).
It has 18 PrCs (Plague Knight of Morgion [Krynn's god of disease] is a fun one as a DM, and the Phoenix of Habbakuk is worth reading just to get a handle on the concept), 21 spells (each themed for a specific god), 16 magic items, 9 new domains, but my favorite feature is the description of all of the god's individual churches, rather than just a list of domains. Describes vestments, sacraments, churches, holy days, etc. for each of the 18 gods (there are 21, but the gods of Magic have wizards instead of priests, though I use a little house intepretation that the Conclave of Wizards employs clerics of the three magic gods as renegade mage hunters).
I've changed the names of the gods in some of the descriptions to use the same book for other campaigns.
