If a character or creater is insupstatial can he walk through a wall or a door?  Insubstatial states you take half damage. But in the assassin's shade form power descritpion not the actual ability block it says you can pass through barriers.  So I ask, the question above.  Thanks.

Insubstantial and phasing are not the same thing.  Phasing is what lets you walk through walls.

Descriptions are not rules text.  The power says what it does.
