Hi all,
I've thought about this for a while and debated it with a couple of DMs, but I'd like to know if there is a concensus on the boards.
I have a Protector Shaman PP Scarred Healer, both of which add my character's CON modifier to various healing elements. he also wields a Weapon of Healing and a Healer's Brooch.
Let's assume he uses the lvl1 Daily Shaman power Spirit of the Healing Flood, a power with the healing keyword. Among its damage it adds an effect that is Regen 2, but it can be ended by the player for a minor action to regain 10 HP.
What, if any, bonuses apply to the regeneration or the healing if it is ended?
My current interpretation is that the Healer's Brooch would add to the regen, as it does not specify healing but effects that allow someone to regain hit points. Also, that all effects, including possibly being next to a spirit companion for Protector Shaman and Scarred healer, apply when the minor action is used.
Thanks much,
