If I were to switch my mind in to a creature that had 3 pairs of arms would I be able to use them all. What abilities would I gain bite, claw, if it was a vamp can I drain. Skills spells and feats would I keep them?

There are no rules for such in 4E, so the answer would be up to your DM.

I would say that you lose access to all of your own powers for the duration, and gain those of the creature that you are switched with. Since most monsters only have one healing surge, I would suggest finding your way back to your own body toot-sweet.

How are you Mind Switching? Is it a Class power (never heard of it) or a situation unique to your RolePlaying?
