HEllo ! I have an issue with the Character Builder. I cannot select/see/change my powers, for all my characters.  Is it a known bug ? Thank you.

i have the same problem too. Other computers/windows can open my characters and the power list is editable.

Is anything different about the computer you are having problems with from the others? No message in this thread by anybody has mentioned the operating system used, for example. Is it newer computers that are having this problem?
